The smoothies are a good size, and my Avocolada smoothie was delicious. The cafe was super clean, and the employees were friendly. I will return.

First time ordering today.. I ordered the veggie wrap with a smoothie.. I eat meat but I wanted to try something different.. I picked up my food 30 mins after I ordered online and the smoothie was amazing! The food was even better! 1st time customer will now be a returning customer for sure..

Let me just say, I usually go to this location and never had a bad experience. But....tonight 01/08/24 at 6pm my husband and I came to order like we usually do. We walked in the door one gentleman looked at us and rolled his eyes as he walked to the register. Everytime we ordered something he acted like we were bothering him. Then he could not hear us, he mumbled and stated there was no kaleslaw. There were no chips except jalepeno. Got our order wrong. Now mind you there were no other customers in the lobby. Now the evening before on 1/07/24 when we came in to order the place was extremely busy, there was plenty of food and no exasperated workers for having customers. It was great as always.

This place has nice people that work there, but their food prep is absolutely terrible. I've ordered from here on several different occasions and have been disappointed in a new way each time. The only thing consistent is that the smoothies are decent.The chicken chorizo quesadilla I ordered recently had no chicken and was missing one of the cheeses as well.Every turkey bacon ranch sandwich I've gotten from this place has also been sad in its own way. Soggy bread, semi-old tomatoes, etc.Go for the smoothies to this particular location and nothing else

I ordered the sunshine sunset from here 2 days ago and it was probably one of the worst smoothies i've ever had. The ingredients were Strawberry,pineapple,orange, and orange juice i believe , but all I tasted was orange juice and SH**

I was in town for a wedding and was craving a smoothie. I ordered the mango monsoon and added kale/spinach. It was so good and refreshing! But to be honest, I have never really had a bad experience at any Tropical Smoothie Cafe. They always serve quality smoothies.

Great food. Jamaican j*** chicken wrap is huge, spicy, and so so good. Everything tastes fresh. I love the smoothies too.
I got here 15 minutes before they were supposed to be closed and they already had the doors locked and would not let me in.
They have great food, great smoothies, and friendly staff. We can’t wait for the Decatur location to open!
Service was ok. Smoothie was ok too. Parking can be hard to find. Will definitely be back.
