I was very happy with the customer service I received last time I went in! Kyndal was very helpful and informative! Seemed to be a good leader and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be back and will recommend to anyone that asks. Thank you, Kyndal, for being an unexpected bright light in the middle of my day! Such a bubbly and fun personality and she seemed to really love her job and be excited to be there!

Day shift has been good. Night and evening shift is always a bust. 30 min wait on a mobile order that should've been ready in 10 minutes. Smh. If it wasn't for the rewards I'd never return.

One of the night shift workers is horrible. Every time I walk in and see her, I think here we go. She doesn't know how to do anything. She has been there for months, and every time she gets everything wrong. She dosen't know how to make the drinks and just makes whatever she wants and then acts put apon when you correct her. She doesn't know how to work the register. I have to repeatedly tell her i don't work there(every time I walk in).From now on I'm turning around and walking out if she is here.

We used to come here daily to fill up our trucks for our business, the touch screen on half of the pumps do not work and haven't all year, so it doesn't allow you to get your fuel discount, some of the screens are messed up as well. We had to start going elsewhere because of the fueling issues including the card reader not working.The rest of the facility is nice!

Over priced, the women act like they do not want to be working there. Gas prices change randomly throughout the day. 8am it was $3.19 at 2pm it was $3.49. When I asked the lady at the register she just shrugged her shoulders.

Rude woman with green wig and nails. I don’t have the patience to write a google review but she was disrespectful about my order in the drive thru. Customer service has been rude twice the times I have been over. I will never but another coffee here in this location and take the time to go to go to the Athens location.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! The two Employees I encountered were Lauren and Taje.(I think I spelled right) Each of them were busy when I walked in, but immediately greeted me, asked if they could help me find anything and then actually helped me locate one of my drinks, then I ordered a coffee at White Bison and Lauren helped me decide on my flavor and it was SO GOOD!! BEST DRINK I EVER HAD!! I Will DEFINITELY go out of my way to visit this twice daily on my morning commute. Even though it was 4:30 in the morning These two talked and laughed and helped me enjoy my experience. This is just another gas station/convience store, but TRULY and ALL AROUND EXPERIENCE you have to SEE!! These two work overnight they said and were about to the end of their shift...but you would have never known they had been working all night by their upbeat and positive attitudes... and Lauren was SO BUSY in White Bison, but she was helping customers in drive thru as well as up front...I would have been completely frazzled... but she just stayed calm, cool and collected and got the job done... everyone seemed so Happy and pleased with her service like I was. I hope you keep these two right where they are... its hard enough to find good help these days...let alone employees that actually ENJOY their jobs!!
