You gotta try this spot. By far the best Thai food in the Huntsville area. Authentic, delicious, and affordable. We're definitely going to be regular customers to this food truck.

Finally got a chance to check this place out and this is easily the BEST Thai food in town. Had a chance to chat with the owner and she was so nice along with her other staff. This will remain part of my weekend rotation especially since there isn’t any Thai food on this side of Madison. I had the Pad Thai, chicken fried rice and spring rolls. Everything was 10 out of 10. Can’t wait to try the entire menu!

I hate writing anything negative for a small business but this was not a good experience. Curry was watery and chicken was rubber. No flavor at all. The spring rolls were somehow cold in the center and also no flavor. They give you a teaspoon of dipping sauce. Such a letdown for how pricey.

The food is some of the best Thai we’ve had since Thailand! My kids love it as do my husband and I. Lek is amazing and polite and very welcoming. Definitely worth a try. My family will only eat HER spring rolls now haha. The Twisted Thai Roll (Thai American fusion of a chicken hot dog and a spring roll) is so good and original!
Vegetarian options: Almost all main dishes can be made with just vegetables or tofu.

YAY! They have TOFU too!!! 1st experience here and it was FABULOUS! I had the red curry! OMGoodness! Nice folks working here too! Delicious ? WILL BE BACK!

The food was delicious! I was able to place my order over the phone and it was ready within 10 minutes. The food was hot with great portion sizes. I had the chicken pad see ew, spring rolls, mango sticky rice, & thai iced tea. I was able to get everything under $30 and it was all so good! I hope they stick around for a long time. Everyone should try them out! I’ll be back for sure.

I am a Thai American who just relocated to the area about a year ago. Thai restaurants are few and far in between in the area so you bet I was flabbergasted to find this Thai food truck so close to me!
The chicken drunken noodles were delicious and Lexi, the owner, was a joy to speak to. You can tell she puts her heart and soul into her food.

This is going to be a weekly stop for us! The food is delicious—possibly the best Thai food in town. We’ve had the drunken noodles, the pad thai, the spring rolls, the fried rice and the chicken satay. Everything has been fantastic!! Highly recommend if you love Thai food.

Perfect for petite women.This is a difficult review for me to write. The ingredients were fresh and the basil chicken had good flavor. Everyone was friendly.However, ultimately I spent $18 and was still hungry. I asked for very spicy but received mildish. Probably not a good fit for men. Snack size really.
