The food was very good! It needed a little salt but that's all! We got the Thai basil tofu, the red curry tofu, the chicken satay, the spring rolls, the mango sticky rice, and the Thai iced tea. It was my first time having sticky rice and it was sooooo goooood!

Pad Thai was incredible as well.Our only regret was not ordering more spring rolls! Recommends calling in your order before you arrive since it’s still a smaller truck. Great Thai food at a reasonable price! Even my picky kids love the food but the kicker was when my wife who isn’t a big fan of Asian cuisine requested their food. Definitely hope they stick around the Madison area. I would check this place out before they get too crowded.
Just discovered this jewel tonight! So awesome that we get this kind of quality Thai food from a food truck in Madison, AL! It’s located in the parking lot of Madison Mercantile just East of Walmart in Madison.My first impressions were the really nice people and the immaculately clean kitchen/truck. I had a good feeling and it did not disappoint! So good! We had the Chicken Massaman, Pad Thai, and Chicken Fried Rice. Highly recommend checking this place out and supporting this little truck! We will definitely be back (a lot)!Vegetarian options: Very receptive to making adjustments for one of my meals.

Twisted Thai is so delicious! The Khow Soi chicken is my favorite. The chicken is tender, the sauce is sweet, a little spicy and so delicious. Comfort food you just start to crave! We’ve tried the Massaman Curry, Pad Thai, and the spring rolls and it’s all delicious.
