Best al pastor I've ever had in my life! The marinade went hard on the flavors, and i could clearly taste the sweetness of pineapple in addition to the standard spices. Furthermore, the meat itself was pulled but not completely; so i got nice bitty bite sized pieces with excellent char on them! I'll be going back for the Al PASTOR! 🔥🔥🔥
I got 5 tacos & a drink special: 2 pastor, 2 lengua, and a chicken fajita. The lengua was excellent A+ (though not as good as al pastor S++), and the chicken fajita was solid A- maybe B+. My only complaint would have been the wait, but that turned out to be from a random large call in order before I got there.
It's an easy to miss little yellow trailer in the car dealership parking lot.
