Best al pastor I've ever had in my life! The marinade went hard on the flavors, and i could clearly taste the sweetness of pineapple in addition to the standard spices. Furthermore, the meat itself was pulled but not completely; so i got nice bitty bite sized pieces with excellent char on them! I'll be going back for the Al PASTOR! 🔥🔥🔥
I got 5 tacos & a drink special: 2 pastor, 2 lengua, and a chicken fajita. The lengua was excellent A+ (though not as good as al pastor S++), and the chicken fajita was solid A- maybe B+. My only complaint would have been the wait, but that turned out to be from a random large call in order before I got there.
It's an easy to miss little yellow trailer in the car dealership parking lot.

This little taco truck is AMAZING! We asked her to make us vegetarian versions of the quesadilla and torta and they were delicious! Best Mexican we have had in Huntsville. I can't wait to go back and try some more items. Highly recommend!
