We got a table on a Sun night while it was fairly empty. We waited 20 mins while they decided who was going to be our server. Ordered a drink from the empty bar, and it was wrong. Ordered another drink that never showed up. Couldn't find our server so we could leave. Food was ok, but I'll go somewhere else.

First time there, went right when they opened, we were seated immediately. The food was really good, I had the chicken sandwich, my daughter had a chicken wrap. The food also came with waffle fries which were really good as well. The service was excellent.. Definitely going back.

Overall I will say the food was good. However my husband had a rib eye and 2/3 of it was literally just fat .

Food and atmosphere are great but the service is typically slow for dinner. After 5 times, we averaged 1hour ticket times for a family of 4. The past 2 times, weve had to wait over 10min for flatware while we just watch our food get cold. Took 1 star off for long ticket times and slow service.

Had a great meal, the service was very bad. I have been twice now. The first time the food was awesome, ordered the grilled redfish. The second time I went, I sat at a table for 20 minutes, did not even get a drink order in. I ended up going elsewhere.

Very nice.. full house but no wait... Food came out fast... Server was courteous and responsive. Food was delicious as well... Only downside was Bama lost to Vanderbilt... #RollTide ?

Ordered take out for dinner the other night and a side of fries was forgotten as well as dressing for a salad. Definitely double check orders before leaving. Food was good overall nonetheless.

Very good experience here. The service was fantastic, the food done well and the vibe was totally as expected. We love the creation story of the chain and the community investment the brand makes. Kudos.

My first time there! The food is amazing!! People yall need to experience this place, the alligator bites amazing, I also drank the Death Valley! It was the total balance the taste and all! 5 stars I will be back, ! Our party was a total 13 people! I’m coming back to sit at the bar enjoy and unwind!!
