Came through the drive thru today for lunch. The person that took my order was nice and all, but the food was not. Orders the chicken tenders and they dry, overcooked.

I waited in line with no front cashier in site and not did 1 person help me to eventually just walked out without ordering at all.....snd on top of that there was several employees just walking around and doing absolutely nothing

There was an issues with an old employee or something lady came in yelling and the manager on shift handled it perfectly. She remained calm and managed to calm the customer lady down. This manager needs to be told how amazing she handled this situation.
