I live near this location... the store is the same as others, and the food is decent; WHEN THEY GET IT RIGHT! They are always SOOO slow, even with mobile orders, we give an extra 5-10 minutes from time expected... and inevitably, they ALWAYS mess up the order, not enough burgers, not enough fries, not enough drinks... and some of the girls who work there, hand you 1 bag, and say "Thank you." like your order is complete. No, lady, you're missing tons of stuff. There's a point that this place should be shut down. If employees cannot operate it, they don't need to be there. I'm shocked they keep things clean enough, since they can't do much correctly.

This was the absolute worst Wendy's that I have ever been in. The workers were in there smoking weed and blasting the most ghetto music. One of the workers was sitting in the stall on her phone with the door open. Corporate needs to get involved with this location ASAP.

This Wendy's is terrible. The drive through takes forever and if you dare go inside it smells like they mopped the floor with wet vomit water. The last time I went the food was hot and correct, but 9 out of 10 times there's a problem with the order.
Love to find debris in my food….. reporting to health department as well.

A few minutes ago we ordered a large unsweet tea via the drive-thru lane for $3.15. What was handed to me was anything but tea... it was the color of apple juice or very dark urine. Of course it was neither; however, the lady at the window who handed my husband the tea told us that's how their unsweet tea looks. I explained the Wendy's in Athens nor on County Line Rd. are that weak in appearance. This got no response from her or here manager who was standing right beside her. The manager did not offer any input to concur/nonconcur with her or correct the problem. We asked for a refund and immediately drove to the Wendy's on County Line Road and actually received tea!! A tea the color of tea, whether sweet or unsweet! I am not sure when NOT adding sugar lightens the color of the tea?!? Please stop treating us, your customers, like imbeciles or waste our time to explain away an obvious problem with quality, training and attention to detail. Send someone over to County Line Road to learn how to make proper tea, it's really not that hard!

Usually this place is okay at best , but twice I asked for a medium and I still get charged for a large. I shouldn't have to pay the price for a large if I don't want to drink a liter of soda. When I asked in person at the drive thru I felt like I was blown off.

This wendys sucks every time i go. Missing items. Missing ingredients. Slow service and rude employees. Sucks every time. Dont waste time going here.
Desperately need to fix drive thru times. My self and other patrons shouldn't 5 minutes just to place an order. And thats with 2 or less cars. That nite shift needs to be retrained or cleared out.

Most night it's a disaster. Big line and no one gets helped. Used to love Wendy's but now it's just no worth a minute do most of time I already spend waiting 20 to 40 minutes.
