Went in during the dinner rush and there was a line inside. No one taking orders even though employees were standing around. Had to ask if anyone was taking orders for a lady start. Rough during a rush time to have folks standing around not working.

Great experience! Restaurant was clean, food was really good and service was friendly and exceptional. Special shout out to Katia! She was polite, professional and went above and beyond. Typically when there is a few minutes of downtime most employees will stand around. Katia was doing many jobs and was wiping tables and cleaning the floor. This place always seems to take a long time to get your order... I don't know whether they don't have the sufficient amount of staff to fulfill the workload or what the problem may be. They're just typically extremely busy, so expect a bit of a wait in their drive-thru.
