I went through the drive-thru and ordered the JBC Meal Deal with a strawberry lemonade. The lemonade was spoiled — it tasted extremely sour, smelled terrible, and the color was off (orangish-pink). There’s no way this should’ve been served to anyone.
When I called the store, someone answered, and as soon as I started explaining the issue, she said “hold on.” Then I clearly heard her say, “Here, it’s a complaint,” followed by laughter in the background.
I was going to let it slide, but my experience (and health) shouldn’t be taken as a joke. Someone could get sick, and your staff’s reaction was completely unprofessional.

Stopped at the drive thru at 11am today to get some lunch. They were not packed with customers the parking lot was not full at all. I will state that there was a grand total of one vehicle ahead of me in line. I ordered a 4 piece chicken tenders with Honey Mustard and was charged for that. My order came out quickly and was hot but it was not what I ordered and paid for. When I arrived home 10 minutes I found that my order was wrong They had given me 4 chicken nuggets not chicken tenders. If your employees do not know the difference between nuggets and tenders then maybe they should not be the ones filling the orders. I don't come to this location that often but today it was on my way home.

Wendy’s on county line road… Today I got a taco salad for lunch and the tomatoes had mold growing and the lettuce was wilted so much that the salad was half the size it should have been. I was not offered a refund but a replacement of food which I chose a hamburger which cost half what my salad. The excuse was that the manager walked out 4 days ago.

I used to wonder why no one was ever in line for breakfast at this Wendys.. I quite enjoy it myself.. But I stopped by on a whim this morning.. 30 minutes before 10AM.. I ordered 4 Breakfast sandwiches.. 3 required sausage, all required egg.. They proceed to tell us that the EGGS will take 7 MINUTES to cook.. You've got to be kidding me! Yeh, Now I can see why they never have anyone at this location for breakfast!

We were not givien any straws for our drinks. My burger that I requested no cheese on had cheese. It also had about three times too much mustard which was all over the paper. The single had enough mayonnaise for three singles. And the fries look like they had been under the light since yesterday. The guy at the window was very nice and the order was given to us quickly.
