Came here for a cup of coffee. Cashier messed up the order then it took forever to get made. Literally 2 decaf coffees. Things only were made right when the assistant manager came and fixed our drinks - she seemed to know the rest of the staff was a disaster. Would be 1 star if she hadn’t been so helpfulThe flow of the place is very confusing. Cashiers go back and forth between ordering drinks ringing up cigarettes and making drinks. Its all very confusing and inefficient. It was busy enough that the coffee shop should have had a dedicated team.

I love coming here for my coffee drinks. Great rewards program. Decided to try a sandwich but uhh no! The meat to bread ratio was absolutely astonishing, the sandwich was sloppy. Unfortunately it was nothing I enjoyed. I’ll stick to Subway for my food and keep WB for my drinks only.

At this location on Alfred Thun Rd. Clarksville, it's smaller than most, no place to sit down and eat. It's grab-n-go. But you can order their entire menu from a kiosk.I highly recommend Twice Daily - they have one of the best rewards programs out there. Today I snagged a free 16 oz Monster energy drink with no sugar. Most days there are similar deals like this for free.Anything is preferable to handing over stupid money to far-left, Woke Starbucks ? ? ?. Twice Daily is far better and their breakfast and lunch menu is superior to Starbucks any day of the week and Twice on Sunday! ???

Coffee was mediocre at best and I don’t think it was made right. Food was fairly good but small portions. Very nice drive thru attendant. Will give another try and hopefully the coffees better.

I went to the white bison on highway 72 and ordered a medium mocha Frappuccino (which they got right) and a medium caramel frappe with no drizzle (they put drizzle in it, at the bottom there's about a 1/4 inch of syrup which is just very poor quality, and there was no insulin shot to go with it) and I asked for extra coffee flavor and that they did do well. Soo, if you go just becareful of what you order and makingsure it's right. But you even having to do that should say something about them. The white bison on highway 565 is much better, they get it right everytime.
Not only do I enjoy White Bison coffee more, the extremely hard working staff there is wonderful. This is my favorite coffee spot, and a special thank you to Vae who helped me with my order.

The two guys in there were more interested in talking then paying attention to peoples orders. It took us 30 minutes to get four drinks and two pastries. One of the drink was made wrong and one drink they forgot. One pastry was supposed to be warmed up it was not.
