was told 20 minuets. it took 50 minutes. there were only two employees working. This is horrible service and unfair to the two employees that were working. The workers were pleasant, though.

What a terrible experience trying to order from you today. 11/10/2024
Ordered online through the Wing Stop website. The order was picked up and driver tracking showed that the driver brought my order almost to my house, then turned around and drove 15 minutes away to in front of a downtown bar (on Beale Street in Memphis). The driver stayed in front of the bar for another 20 minutes, then drove back to my address. The driver then gave me a completely different order and told me that he did not speak English (in Spanish). I tried to speak to him in Spanish (I know a very little) and he looked panicked and floored it and drove away, leaving me with someone else's order (which was cold and soggy). 5 minutes later, I got a text notification that he reported that he successfully delivered my food. What a pal!
I called the Wing Stop location (Union Street in Memphis) to speak with an employee, and they told me that Wing Stop does not issue any refunds and that Wing Stop's website utilizes DoorDash to fulfill all orders. If I wanted a refund, I would have to speak with DoorDash (note: I ordered directly through the Wing Stop website and do not have a DoorDash account). I contacted DoorDash, and was put on hold for quite some time before being told that they would request a refund from Wing Stop and that they would send a notification, which of course never came. I guess the next step is to just dispute the charge with my Credit Card company as neighter company here wants to own up to their failures.
0/5 experience. Complete failure in every way. My once a year trying to get take out from a chain was what I should have expected.

Do not recommend this location ate here 11-6-24 ordered 10 pc bone in combo extra Cajun seasoning took nearly 30 minutes to get my order wasn’t even busy had 2 people in front of me the manager that was in there doing scheduling saw me looking at my receipt and my watch just up and left right before I got my order and it barely had any seasoning on them so I couldn’t complain so beware of this location of wing stop

Ordered there a while back and cancelled the order because my son had already taken care of dinner. Never have got my 60$ back! Called numerous times to corporate! They will scam you like they do everyone else! And if your order isn’t right they won’t fix it!!!!

Hello I came in for a replacement order. My first order was just Awful. I asked for a 6 piece lemon tradition all flats cooked crispy with corn lite seasoning. Once I made it home. My wings & corn were so salty. I called back & the manager stated I could get a replacement order. I came Friday to get it. The manager Neisha took care of it from the time I entered until I left. My food was absolutely delicious the second time around.
Picked up my daughter’s order today and there was a “vote Trump” sticky note in the bottom of her sealed pickup bag. Absolutely disgusting.

The food here is always good, but yall have to get a better system for letting people know their food is ready when they’re picking up. Every single time I go in and my order isn’t ready yet, I wait 10-15 minutes until I have to ask again and my orders been sitting behind the window for who knows how long. Either keep track of who’s waiting on their order and call they’re name when its ready or just call out the name on every order.
