jesus christ this place needs to get it together. making mobile orders while i wait in line for 10 minutes, took my order wrong, and then proceeded to give me just fries without my sandwich. so i had to go back and get it and when i opened it it looked like they literally just threw it all in there. and i said thank you, did not have an attitude, and didn’t even complain. they were not apologetic at all.

I believe being illiterate is in the job description for Zaxby’s. They mess up my order every single time. My order is in the image where I wanted Zax’s sauce, large fries with extra seasoning and no ice in my drink. The picture shows that they didn’t follow directions. Bare minimum is to be able to read the order. They’re also very rude even if you let them know they messed up. Always want to charge you for something you didn’t even purchase. I will not go back here ever again. Place is nasty too

Food was prepared correctly but no napkins included for our to-go order and we noticed on the road. Also, the salad had a detergent-type smell.

I have been coming here quite a lot lately due to it being on the way home from work and it is cheaper than most other places, and I’ve never had to wait more than 3 minutes as there is either no cars in drive thru or there is about 1-2 in it. I think only once have I gotten my order that was dry (had not been served in a while) but other than that this place has 98% the time gotten my order right.

I ordered the chicken fingers dinner quantity of 4. The chicken fingers and fries were the saltiest food I've ever tasted.
Just gross and my 4 year old grandson said the same thing. He loves chicken fingers too.

Spicy chicken sandwich would be a lot better if the batter were spicy. I could add my own hot sauce if I just wanted the sauce to be spicy.

This establishment should have more respect for all its patrons and not just the Christian patrons. I should not have to eat while they play Christian music loudly in the lobby. Not all of the patrons are Christian and wanna eat peacefully with this not being forced down our throats.

Great service and great food we just paid over 100$ for Chinese the night before for 2 children and 2 adults and tonight only paid 46$ and got twice the amount of food, friendly service and the food taste so much better

This place has very bad food and service. On several occasions, I have gotten severely undercooked chicken and then burnt up chicken. Won't be back to this location.

Ordered online on Sunday night there were 3 young ladies working up front and not getting a lot done. Finally a Manager came and started getting things done. When we got home they got 1 of our orders wrong it was right on the ticket. My chicken tenders were like they had been cooked 2 or 3 times. I will never go back!!!!!

Past few day's I've been ordering a large frozen lemonade. Today I go buy my usual lunch from there and was handed a small frozen lemonade. I said ma'am my lemonade was supposed to be a large and she replied back it was supposed to come in a small cup not a large and I told her past few days I've asked for a large lemonade and that's what I've been receiving and she said that's impossible!! No one here would do that and told me I was lying just so I can get a free frozen lemonade and then she tossed my food at me. Definitely unacceptable!!!
