Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I’ve worked at multiple zaxbys in Huntsville as a manager, how do I keep getting the wrong dipping sauce, hhm and ranch are two different things the same for tongue torch and zax sauce, atp bring Greg Perry back

I used to LOVE Zaxbys but the facility off Wall Triana is absolutely filthy. As soon as you walk in the door, the dirt and grime is apparent. No need to look hard as it's everywhere. If the workers are cleaning the entrance, I can only imagine how dirty the kitchen is. Won't be back here.

Dont get me wrong....i usually LOVE Zaxbys but this location is just FILTHY!!!!! Needs shut down for a few weeks to get a deep cleaning. Nasty.

jesus christ this place needs to get it together. making mobile orders while i wait in line for 10 minutes, took my order wrong, and then proceeded to give me just fries without my sandwich. so i had to go back and get it and when i opened it it looked like they literally just threw it all in there. and i said thank you, did not have an attitude, and didn’t even complain. they were not apologetic at all.

I believe being illiterate is in the job description for Zaxby’s. They mess up my order every single time. My order is in the image where I wanted Zax’s sauce, large fries with extra seasoning and no ice in my drink. The picture shows that they didn’t follow directions. Bare minimum is to be able to read the order. They’re also very rude even if you let them know they messed up. Always want to charge you for something you didn’t even purchase. I will not go back here ever again. Place is nasty too

Food was prepared correctly but no napkins included for our to-go order and we noticed on the road. Also, the salad had a detergent-type smell.

I have been coming here quite a lot lately due to it being on the way home from work and it is cheaper than most other places, and I’ve never had to wait more than 3 minutes as there is either no cars in drive thru or there is about 1-2 in it. I think only once have I gotten my order that was dry (had not been served in a while) but other than that this place has 98% the time gotten my order right.

I ordered the chicken fingers dinner quantity of 4. The chicken fingers and fries were the saltiest food I've ever tasted.
Just gross and my 4 year old grandson said the same thing. He loves chicken fingers too.

Spicy chicken sandwich would be a lot better if the batter were spicy. I could add my own hot sauce if I just wanted the sauce to be spicy.

This establishment should have more respect for all its patrons and not just the Christian patrons. I should not have to eat while they play Christian music loudly in the lobby. Not all of the patrons are Christian and wanna eat peacefully with this not being forced down our throats.
