We picked up an online order, they gave us 50+ things that weren't ours and then the drink tasted like chlorine. Like it came from a public pool. Bad staff too they took ages it's fast food not a restaurant.

I’ve worked at multiple zaxbys in Huntsville as a manager, how do I keep getting the wrong dipping sauce, hhm and ranch are two different things the same for tongue torch and zax sauce, atp bring Greg Perry back
I used to LOVE Zaxbys but the facility off Wall Triana is absolutely filthy. As soon as you walk in the door, the dirt and grime is apparent. No need to look hard as it's everywhere. If the workers are cleaning the entrance, I can only imagine how dirty the kitchen is. Won't be back here.

Dont get me wrong....i usually LOVE Zaxbys but this location is just FILTHY!!!!! Needs shut down for a few weeks to get a deep cleaning. Nasty.

jesus christ this place needs to get it together. making mobile orders while i wait in line for 10 minutes, took my order wrong, and then proceeded to give me just fries without my sandwich. so i had to go back and get it and when i opened it it looked like they literally just threw it all in there. and i said thank you, did not have an attitude, and didn’t even complain. they were not apologetic at all.
