All the food was hot and good tasting. Service was fast and I was greeted as soon as I walked in the doors. The lobby was one of the cleanest ive seen in a while and all the workers were great. All made sure I had everything I needed. Cierra helped me and she was great. Friendly and took ny order correctly and double checked. Brought me my order and double checked I had everything. Will coke again very soon

It was a pleasure to have Shanita serve our family 🪶 this evening! 🌆 She was very knowledgeable of the menu, and made ordering for my entire family, an enjoyable easy experience. She's was very professional, and courteous to me as well as my family! Gratitude to Ms. Shanita she is an amazing employee, that I saw working very hard for this company. Hope she's getting paid for all of the work I observed her doing this evening.

Ordered the chicken finger plate. I received the smallest chicken fingers I've ever seen in my life. AND they forgot my sauce.

The fact that I received absolutely nothing of what I ordered is very disappointing. It’s almost like they legit went out of their way to give me nothing I ordered. I ordered almost 30 dollars in food and got some sorry ssa chicken tenders like three and coleslaw and a nasty drink, that once again I didn’t order. I had no wings of and the toast two pieces of bread they didn’t even bother to toast like be for real. If you don’t care about your customers when they order on apps stop accepting the orders it’s just ridiculous how this location is consistently an issue. Does this look like a wings n things lemon pepper wings extra fries no it looks like some bs.

I’m really disappointed with my visit to Zaxby’s tonight. I went with my partner, and from the start the staff was rude and unwelcoming. The food was even worse. The chicken tasted burnt, was overly greasy, and had a strange gritty texture. Some pieces looked unhealthy and poorly prepared. To make things even more upsetting, we found multiple small curly hairs in our food. That completely ruined the meal. This experience was shocking because we usually like Zaxby’s, but after tonight, I’m not sure we’ll be coming back.

Just went through drive-through and ordered a big zax snack combo with a chocolate shake and an extra chocolate shake on the side. But that’s not what I received. I received two birthday cake shakes, which are absolutely disgusting because they taste like coffee. And I do not like coffee. Tried to call them a couple of times, no answer. So I’m out five dollars for the shake on the side and the cost of upgrading to a shake with the combo. I’ll be sticking to Chick-fil-A from now on. Incompetence 🤨

Huge shoutout to Carly at this Zaxby’s - literally the definition of grace under pressure. My order got mixed up and she kept me updated the whole time, went above and beyond, and stayed so positive. I told her I used to work food service, so I know how wild it gets, and she handles it like a pro every time I come in. Carly, don’t let impatient customers ruin your vibe or dim your light, you’re amazing! And to the manager: you don’t have to stress over corporate pressure to be great. Being a solid supervisor and actually uplifting your team will take you way farther. Great store, great people. :)
