Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Portions for tenders have gotten to be a ripoff. One strip has been cut into small strips sized pieces. It is ridiculous. Not a value by any means. Just a little smaller than a nugget. Can I get an entire Strip please?

Zaxby's is hit or miss, based on my experience. This one hits. It has excellent food and service to rival that of other chicken places down the road. My wife and I eat here often and have yet to be disappointed. They play Christian music from the past few decades at this location, which is very nostalgic for us. This is the best Zaxby's in the area by far.

Waited an extremely long time in the drive-through. Their soda machine did not appear to be working based on the handwritten sign, and a large french fry is definitely not a large. Might be some time before I return there.

Had a great experience today! The cashier Alex was very kind and accommodating. He’s the MVP!

The service is slow even if there is no one else in line at the drive thru. And they make you pull up to have a empty window. Don't go here!!!!

I ordered pickup at 10, and I guess that pissed them off bc this is the worst quality I've ever had from a zaxbys. I usually don't leave bad reviews but the food tonight was very much like me as a child, neglected.
My husband got the new cheddar bacon ranch quesadilla, there was barely any cheese, the smallest drizzle of ranch, and very few bacon bits. The quesadilla was not heated properly and was basically raw, and thrown into the container like Kobe making a half court shot.
The chicken finger meal came with fries that were obviously seasoned by the Caucasian persuasion (as a white woman i can tell from my own experiences) and the fries and toast were obviously left on the counter too long since they were colder than my heart after looking at this mess. Very disappointed in what I thought was supposed to be a better fast food chain. Gave an extra star bc the birthday shake is back babee

Every time I come to this location they mess my order up. I have decided that I will not return to this particular location. Even though they make up for it, it's the the fact that I have to come back. That's extremely inconvenient & annoying.

The team members are very friendly when taking my order and giving the correct meal. Drive thru was fast and with ease. I ordered the wings and things, definitely my favorite when I come visit

Painfully slow service. Waited over 15 minutes for a simple order #1 Meal. Then I talked to another customer that waited for 20 minutes and never got his order. So he cancelled his order and left.

Good food had to wait a while for food and it was dirty for a restaurant
