All the food was hot and good tasting. Service was fast and I was greeted as soon as I walked in the doors. The lobby was one of the cleanest ive seen in a while and all the workers were great. All made sure I had everything I needed. Cierra helped me and she was great. Friendly and took ny order correctly and double checked. Brought me my order and double checked I had everything. It was a pleasure to have Shanita serve our family 🪶 this evening! 🌆 She was very knowledgeable of the menu, and made ordering for my entire family, an enjoyable easy experience. She's was very professional, and courteous to me as well as my family! Gratitude to Ms. Shanita she is an amazing employee, that I saw working very hard for this company. Hope she's getting paid for all of the work I observed her doing this evening.

Huge shoutout to Carly at this Zaxby’s - literally the definition of grace under pressure. My order got mixed up and she kept me updated the whole time, went above and beyond, and stayed so positive. I told her I used to work food service, so I know how wild it gets, and she handles it like a pro every time I come in. Carly, don’t let impatient customers ruin your vibe or dim your light, you’re amazing! And to the manager: you don’t have to stress over corporate pressure...
