From the moment we walked in, we knew it was going to be a special experience. We were greeted as soon as we stepped inside and then immediately escorted to our table. The server was extremely efficient and knowledgeable. She answered our questions and described the food selections perfectly. Everything we chose was delicious and the presentation was exquisite. The chef/owner came around and took time to talk with us about the area and the food. We could not have had a better experience.

This restaurant is so good that my husband and I ate there twice this week! The chicken in lemon caper sauce is phenomenal! The burger is consistently good and the red snapper with grits special was also good. The mushroom and ciabatta bread appetizers were both delicious! However, the bread pudding dessert is the star of the dinner! It is the BEST we have ever tasted, and my husband has ordered bread pudding in literally hundreds of restaurants in many states. We kid him about it. There is none like this! You MUST try it! The chef came around to visit and we loved the waitstaff. Ashley is wonderful and remembered our preferences. They all tended well to us and made us feel like special guests. We love it!

This place has the trifecta: atmosphere, incredible food , and authentic fabulous service! Our meals were incredible! Our mozzarella sun-dried tomato appetizer situation was a flavor explosion. My husband had the hamburger which was grilled to perfection and was so flavorful(so I'm told. He devoured it before I could see for myself). I had the shrimp pasta which was so extremely fresh and fantastic. What took the cake was dessert. Pardon the pun. The pecan pie bread pudding made me want to cry it was SO GOOD! Run, don't walk, to this place! It doesn't disappoint! Kevin the owner and Andi our server were so authentic and attentive. What a delight Elevation is! We will be back!

Incredible! The food here is so unexpectedly good for a small vacation town. Seriously. When we travel to small tourist towns like this, we expect and accept that the food will usually be mediocre since there are limited options and you're sort of at the mercy of local restaurants. Well, let me tell ya, Elevation doesn't take advantage of their tourist customers. They truly live up to their namesake and elevate the local dining experience in Mentone, AL. Everything we ordered was perfect. The burger is a triumph; they clearly use high quality beef. My wife ordered the lemon caper chicken and it was absolutely superb (she let me have some because she's beautiful and awesome). I cannot overstate how good the food is here. I'm still shocked at the meal I just ate in this tiny little Alabama mountain town. Oh and this was take out and STILL they nailed it. Thank you all for a great meal!!

Very intimate space, charming decor, delicious cocktails (Mountain Manhattan), apps, and i thoroughly enjoyed my bone-in pork chop. Our service was perfect. I’ve never been the one to write a review on anything but Elevation Bistro deserves all the praise. I was pleasantly surprised on how incredible our entire meal was. From the appetizer to our entrees… we were truly blown away. By the end of dinner we agreed that this was the best meal of 2024. The service was also impeccable.
