My husband and I came to Mentone for a random trip to look at the fall colors and found this camper joint sitting on the corner of downtown Mentone. Oh. My. Gosh! Our lunch was amazing! My husband had the chicken crunch wrap and side of fried corn, I had the blackberry jalapeño jam burger and cucumber salad - we could not have been more impressed with the food! Outstanding job, gals!!!!
This place knows how to season and cook their food? We had the burgers, pork chops, fried fish, grilled mac & cheese, french fries, pecan pie, and peach cobbler. We were full but couldn’t stop eating because it was all really good. I highly recommend this place.
My husband and I stayed here for a getaway for 2 nights and had takeout here our first night. We originally planned on going to a sit down restaurant, but it was soooo good we had to come back our 2nd night too! Fontana was so accommodating on New Year’s Eve for what we wanted, kind, and we could tell she loves what she does. Seriously delicious burgers and food. Highly recommend!!
