Had lunch at the Wildflower cafe. The restaurant has a real eclectic feel. Decorated very nicely. We were seated as soon as we arrived. Elijah took very good care of us and had a very nice personality. We both ordered the loaded shrimp and gritts plus a side salad. It did not take long to prepare. Being loaded we expected lots of shrimp. They had lots of very good ingredients and it tasted good. However neither of us found any shrimp in our shrimp and gritts. We learned later...
Ainsley was a pleasure and treated us like family! Our group had never been before. Wonderful experience and a chance to get out of Huntsville for a quick road trip up to Mentone!
I've wanted to visit this place for a while now and finally got the chance while in our way home from Chattanooga. They did not disappoint! The food and atmosphere were perfect! I even snagged a cute pair of earrings. Can't wait to stop in again.
