Nasty inside and out, trash been on the lot for days. Workers were nasty, loud. and rude.They have this additude that they can't get fired they need me. If they look nasty the food can't be clean. I will never visit that location again. They're never opened close when ever they want.

The food was ok once they got our order right. They had to ask us several times what we ordered because they cleared the screen too soon. The first window was open, but no one was there. Once someone got there after several minutes of waiting at the second window, we were yelled at to back up. We backed up and paid and then pulled forward only to have our order forgotten then wrong. When we showed receipt we were told they didn't need it just tell them the order. It was chaos.

Always great food when you're talking about Burger King. The customer service at this location, tho, was horrible. The drive thru menu this morning was still dinner. Had to go inside, but the dining room was locked. And they keep it locked. And they get mad looks on their faces if you knock for them to unlock it. Then they get the order wrong. And get mad when you want to get back in for the rest of the food you paid for. All in all, a horrible customer service experience. The owner really must not want to make money, or maybe they make a lot of money regardless of the poor customer service, and that's why they don't care about training their employees. If you have a lot of time and a lot of patience, go for it. Food is still delicious. However, if you are in a rush or do not want to deal with unhappy and rude people, go to God's Chicken, aka Chick-Fil-A. It costs a little more, but the customer service truly is second to none.

Although it took me less than 5 minutes to get to the window from the time I ordered, the drink they gave me had condensation on it meaning it had been sitting there awhile before I even ordered. The sandwich I ordered was not toasted as it should have been. I ordered a melt which is supposed to consist of two pieces of toasted sourdough bread. Neither sides of the bread were toasted. ?

If I could give them no stars I would. The service there I'd atrocious. I wouldn't recommend this particular location to a dog. They mess up the orders, they're very rude, even the mgr.-- even other customers say it. It's definitely not like the Burger Kings I went to when I was a child.

Worst place ever. Food is old and burnt. Never ever have onion rings. Employees always say they closed even when the hours say different. Food slapped together. The WORST WORST WORST

Terrible service. The lobby was closed so we waited in the drive-thru behind one vehicle. They never took their order in front of us so I called the store after waiting 15 minutes. An employee answered and told me their system is down which is why they're not taking orders. So basically they saw people lining up at the drive-thru and were ignoring us. We hollared to the truck in front of us to move and as we were driving around the building to exit we noticed employees sitting around in the lobby NOT WORKING that could have told us they couldn't do orders. I HATE this location! I've already called corporate on this incompetent store and there is nothing that the owner can say that will sway me to return.

The customer service is terrible. I was very unsatisfied with the way my order was made. I asked for a Manger she acted as if I was bothering her because I complained about my order. I asked her for corporates number she said she didn't know I asked her who was the G.M she said she didn't know. I asked if she could give me refund for the sandwich. She stated she couldn't because she would have to refund the total order. I was very very disappointed.

They selling Covid whoopers at this location... Kira Is unprofessional fight customers.... just up there stealing and giving away all the Chakings counting inventory wrong making up numbers.... with that doo doo smelling store... the doo doo coming through the floor.... ten year build up on the fryer station.... French fries taste like fish .... and they don't give receipts out
