Lazy workers. Set in the drive threw with nobody talking to me, pull up to the window where a bigger lady just out her hand to her throat and was basically saying we ain’t taking orders, never came to talk to me.. I’m a door dasher btw.. so my order was in another lady proceed to mouth to me to come inside. Which I had been told by a McDonald’s worker that the lobby was closed . He lied, then when I came in the same bigger lady tried to tell me something but the other lady cut her off by saying he’s with DoorDash.. the cleaning guy outside said they was short staffed. But the bigger lady came and set in the dining room instead of tryna help where she could terrible service and wait time and I set in the drive for 5-10 mins before anybody would talk to me

This location will never get my hard earned money again as my visit on 09/16/2025 was piss poor. I had issues using my rewards at the kiosk, so I placed my order at the register. Although the employee that took my order was very nice, the rest of the staff I encountered provided horrible customer service. I waited over 20 minutes for my order in which i had to constantly reiterate to staff i didnt have my large fry nor McChicken. I was informed that my McChicken didnt reflect in system and that i would have to pay as well as nasty things were said about me paying for cheese to be added which wasnt an issue. The workers are preparing food without gloves on botg hands and ice machine in lobby was in need of cleaning badly. Upon receiving my fries, multiple hairs was in my fries in which i didnt know until I left the store and this was after i had already ate a fry. This is truly disgusting.This location should be shut down or get a better crew that can be professional.

Worse Mcdonald's in Mcdonald's history. I ordered one large fries, Hot without salt. Order came out cold with salt. I said these are cold. Guy got mad, and said they just came up. He gave me another bag. I said these are cold. He said man yall come, and get this dude. The young girl seen the whole incident, and said I told him you wanted them fresh. I asked for my money back, and drove off. I don't know why this place still open. The outside was like they was at a nightclub. No way there health score is up to par. Very very sad encounter.

I went through the drive through and the cashier kept my change. When I asked about it she told me, “when we’re short on change, we can’t give everybody their change”. That’s thievery and horrible customer service. I have a debit card, if change was an issue it should’ve been communicated. I reached out to management through email & they basically told me “we’re sorry they stole your change, we hope to have your business again soon.” Like WHAT?
Trashhhh and I will be reporting them to the BBB.

I just came through the drive through at 1am 8/3/25 and ordered a Big mac meal large and a Filet of fish meal add lettuce and tomato. And a 10 piece nugget. Yall forgot my nuggets and then yall dont answer the phone.
