Worst place to go. Sit in the drive through 20-30 minutes both times I went and they were not friendly. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

We ordered our food at the kiosk but was paying with cash which left me to pay at the counter. It took over 15 minutes for me to pay as the counter person kept walking off as if she really didn't want to be bothered. One guy, though, was very helpful. I wish I knew his name. It was an ok experience.

The food you expect, service and attitude of people who work there. Approach the register to order and the 3 " employees look at each other like who cares if I m there or not. After critical stare and few minutes pass , one begrudgingly comes to take order. Almost like I'm an inconvenience and not customer.

First and foremost whoever the extremely tall,rude and unprofessional manager that worked the morning of 12/14/2024 at the midfield location across from Western hills mall needs to find something else to do that doesn't deal with the general public. I placed an online pickup order for employees at my work place. When I arrived she stated they were out of my mcmuffins. Half my order was mcmuffins so I didn't know what to reorder everyone so I said no big deal can you just cancel my order please. She stated yes just do it on the app. I drive back to my work place to attempt to cancel and refund my order with no luck. Someone at work explained that I could not do it on the app,they have had that problem previously and said that I should drive back and go inside the store. So that's what I attempted to do. I arrived went inside the store got in line and waited until it was my turn. I explained to the nice lady at the counter what had happened. She walked back to manager. Manager turned around and said I already told him to cancel the order in his app. I said mam could you please show me. She said I will but it's going to be awhile because I have to handle all these customers(like I wasn't a customer). She said wait over there and I'll get to you at some point. I said mam if it's so easy someone behind that counter should be able to show me how to do it fairly quickly. She replied I already told you so move aside. She continuously asked me to move aside instead of helping me. Extremely tall lady then pulls out phone after I began to argue and said I'll show you and said I'll call the police. I don't got time for all that so I just left. Still hungry and still haven't got a refund. I have since reached out to customer service and awaiting their response.

I swung by to grab a quick sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit. Didn’t get any condiments, and I always go for syrup. Turns out, syrup costs 40¢ at this spot—talk about a greedy franchisee! I mean, I bought it, but I wasn’t happy about it.

I had the chicken Mac a couple of weeks ago. I think It's more filling than the Big Mac. I wouldn't mind trying a Big Chik Mac, one (spicy or not) chicken patty, and one beef patty. Hot fries are always delicious

V-Selection

I do not stop here often, but the few times I did, I sat at the drive-thru menu for wayyyyy too long waiting on my order to be taken. I would have been left out of the drive-thru, but the way that it is made, you're pretty much stuck. It sucks and I won't be stopping by this one anymore. I mean everytime I've come, the experience sucked.
