The few times I have visited this Rally's, the food is always fresh and pretty good. I just so happened to have the same person at the window when I visited. He was very nice and professional.

Literally the worst rally’s I’ve ever been to, pattys were burnt on both my burgers and tasted very salty 0/10 definitely wouldn’t recommend ended up throwing the food away The food is consistently horrible at this location, I’m surprised this location is still open . Waste of damn money!! Do better rally’s

They left a Big Buford out of my order. I tried contacting the store but never got anyone to answer the phone. This is the second time I’ve ordered from them and they messed up both times. I’ve learned my lesson.

I ordered the Mix and Match pick two items. I ordered the double fish sandwich and 2 chili dogs online from the Midfield store and paid almost $10. When I went through the drive through lane I only got the fish sandwich and was told that this store had nothing to do with online orders and I should use the app to get a refund
