Sandwiches are getting smaller...order a rally burger and it looked like someone had run over it.. very flat, I eat the chicken sandwich in 3 bites because it was very thin..

I CAN'T BELIEVE HOW SMALL THE SMALL FRIES ARE NOW‼️THAT'S JUST RIDICULOUS ‼️RALLYS SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES AND CHARGING $3.19 PLUS TAX FOR THAT TINY FRY BOX!! AND it wasn't even filled up🤦♀️i don't mind paying the over $3 FOR A SMALL FRY, BUT DARN, CAN I GET MY MONIES WORTH 🤷♀️ It's different ways to cut back! I should have took a picture of the mini fry box ! CORPORATE NEEDS TO DO BETTER!!

The cashier was very nice but I failed to look in the bag and my order was wrong. I tried to call the store to let the know I was coming back and the phone was not working. I am out of $5. What I ate was fresh and hot. Food is just so expensive since the $2.99 Rally Burger meal days.

Cook was rude and didn't want to fix the order and didn't get a refund. They refused to refund my money, saying company rules. Rally sucks where's checkers

The few times I have visited this Rally's, the food is always fresh and pretty good. I just so happened to have the same person at the window when I visited. He was very nice and professional.
