Went throught drive through to get a #6 around 5:53. The person answered the speaker and said we're in the middle of shift change. It said ok and waited. 2 minutes later she then tells me you can't sit on the speaker. I tell her I can't pull up there's 3 cars behind me. She then tells me that's fine I need to tell them too. I drive around and it's now 6:08. I drive up and she say we're doing shift change and walked of. Just rude and unprofessional. Since when do you shut down a fast food restraunt for over 15 minutes for a shift change ? I want revist

Checkers and Rally's app is a scam. Fair warning I ordered food through the app and the store did not have the items and now no one will refund my money and this has been going on for a couple of days. They told me it will be a week to 10 days before they can make a decision definitely pissed because it's just bad business. But just a heads up the app is a scam. Knew I didn't have no business eaten that trash no way.

I ordered two fry lovers xl fries. It's a large cup of fries for 5.00.The fries were super fresh and tasted great. They filled the cup up and the cashier was polite.

The smurf looking girl with the blue braids and no a$$ working the drive thru needs to be ran over by a train! I tried ordering the lemon pepper wings, but she cut me off and was like "We don't got lemon pepper wings!" Anyone who knows Rally's real well knows that the lemon pepper wings are a HIDDEN MENU ITEM! I can't tell you how many times I've come to this location to get lemon pepper wings and had them freshly made and they were the best!!
