Honestly the best Subway around! The veggies are always super fresh and the bread tastes just right every time. Prices are really affordable for how good the food is. Staff here are always friendly and make sure you get exactly what you want. Service is quick, clean, and consistent. I’ve been to a few other locations, but this one tops them all. Don't patronize this subway in Midfield!!!! They DO NOT take coupons!!! The owners are not nice at all!!! They Skimp on the toppings .. Go to the Subway in Hueytown or pleasant Grove!!! They take coupons!! It's up to the owners(foreigners), and they've decided not to take them... WE NEED TO STOP PATRONIZING THEM UNTIL THEY START TAKING COUPONS!! I live 3 minutes from that subway, but I drive to Hueytown now. I will never go back to the Midfield location until they respect us as paying customers!!!

I ordered a steak sandwich here and after awhile eating it at home, I instantly felt a disgust in my stomach. I felt sick, so I ran my bathroom to throw up and my stomach was still hurting and realized I had to take a #2. What was in that sandwich!! The steak did look off, like it was raw and uncooked and they just warmed it up and I do remember going here a few other times and I always caught the manager trying to be cheap and nasty 🤢 I saw him pick food up off the floor and re-use bread from sandwiches that had food on it that they didn’t finish making for somebody else for example, like stuff like that. They’re clean in there but they seem like they get away with trifling stuff like that. The vibes just off, because the lady with red hair is usually rude to me when I walk In like her and her husband a little racist or something. And I know some other people around Fairfield that said similar things about them being racist and nasty too they just sneaky I guess it’s weird
Subway yanked the $6.99 deal because they, (Subway Corporate), used little, to no meat. No one would buy it twice. Love the franchise owner, though. I used to love Subway.

Every time I go to this subway it's always been good. The staff there is really good with us customers. The bread ? is always fresh warm and so is all the sandwich fixings. They also have the best cookies ? and the lemonade ? is yummy ? I always get really good customer service and food every single time.

Leah helped me and she was very patient because my boyfriend told me to get the Steph Curry sandwich (the chicken salad wrap) but that's not a name on the menu. He saw the commercial and thought they named what he ate after him LOL! Anyway after confusing her with my interesting request I googled it and we had a laugh ? and to top it off she counted all $5 worth of change and waited until I returned with the remaining $3 I had to get from my car. Don't find many ppl in the customer service industry actually doing their job like they are supposed to and I really admire her for her awesome customer service!!!

It's located in a predominantly African-American neighborhood, and they don't take coupons as well as there's no posting of such.
If the owners of this Subway can not respect me as an African-American offer me discounts via coupons, I don't need to spend my money here.
