This was my first visit and I wasn't sure where to order or where to pay and the girl taking orders behind the grill was extremely unfriendly. She wasn't welcoming and didn't seem to care if I ordered food or not. Once I did order, my lunch came quickly and I was very pleased with the burger and onion rings. The size of the burger and the number of onion rings were fantastic for what I paid. Both items plus a bottled Coke for under $20 is a rarity in this day and age. I could tell that everything was fresh and cooked to order. The bacon was great, thick sliced and not the thin variety that you find at some places. I'm not sure that the onion rings for homemade but they weren't the cookie cutter variety you get it some quick service places like this. Atmosphere wise, it's an restaurant inside of a convenience store but there's plenty of seating and it must be very popular because there was a ton of people there on this Sunday. It was around lunch time. There wasn't a line but there was a consistent flow of people getting food. I'm not sure I'd go out of my way to come here again but I'm not sad that I went either.

Group of 4 - stopped in on a Saturday for lunch about 12. We all ordered cheeseburger baskets (the one in the picture was ordered “plain”). The food is all cooked to order, so our wait was about 15 minutes. It’s the small town gathering place, where friends and family run into each other and catch up on life. The sweet tea was excellent!!
