51 Flava Wings and Things

I placed an online order during the operating hours. I paid $25 for 2 combo plates. I went to pick them up after I ordered & the doors were locked & the lights were on. I beat on the door but nobody came. After sitting out there for 15 minutes waiting, I went somewhere else. I would like to contact someone about this issue & a reimbursement.

Only giving this place 1 star because 0 is not an option. I ordered and paid for my food online and when I came to pick it up the door was locked, lights were on, and the "Open" sign was flashing. However, no one would come to the door or answer the phone. Now I'm out $42 after 20 mins of sitting in the parking lot trying to get an employee to the door or answer the phone.

sent my daughter and they over charged and wouldn't refund the money then gave us something we didnt order ... wouldn't recommend

Nice establishment only suggestion I have would be to check the lobby more frequently for customers and to invest in larger containers for sauce with the larger orders of wings I ordered two 15piece wing orders and only recieved two cups of ranch, one for each meal.

Best wings I ever had. Great people and service. Don’t know who was doing the cooking and seasoning but it was def great. 10/10

This is it!!!! I never thought there would be a place in Monroeville that serves quality food but 51 Flava has changed my mind. The wings, fries, fruit punch were OUTSTANDING!!! Bye bye WingStop and hello 51!!!! Definitely worth the drive and I will be back!!!!

Ordered a fried bologna sandwich and I figured it would be just a plain Bologna sandwich…. I got it and was amazed!!! It was smoked bologna on buttered Texas toast with tomato lettuce and Mayo…… AMAZING!!! The fries were excellent also!!!

Ordered Lemon Pepper Mild off of Waitr. Apparently there is an option no one in my office can see for just lemon pepper. When I called to ask the store about it, he was beyond rude. He told me he couldn’t see the option on his side, but it was my issue that I didn’t know what was on the chicken. He couldn’t make it right because if he made every wrong right, he wouldn’t make any money. He said he wasn’t worried about losing us as customers. Oh and as a side note, I asked asked for extra ranch in the comments and didn’t get that so obviously notes don’t work. See screenshot below no just lemon pepper option

The wings were the best I've had in a long time. The Monroe gold sauce was awesome

I have been here 5 times and the service is extremely slow but really good food.
