Had 2 call 2 get more fried catfish fillets, & the waitress said they could only bring out 2 strips @ a x. & They added the waitress tip on 2 my bill without telling us, which that is totally wrong 2 do that. Just so the waitress could get a tip who would not hav gotten it otherwise.

Ordered a two piece fried filet plate with fries…. The filets were NOT COOKED. The fries were cold and the hush puppies were sweet….. why ? I have no earthly idea. This David’s Catfish location has just gone downhill over the years. Wouldn’t recommend anyone eating here.

Hands down some of the best fried fish and grits I have ever eaten. My favorite dishes every single time I cross the threshold is FRIED GREEN TOMATOES AND FRIED CRAB CLAWS. The service received never fails. I love David's Catfish of Monroeville, AL. Been eating at this location for over 20 years.

Brittany was an awesome server as always. The food was cooked perfectly and it was fast.
Great family place with good food at a fair price. Waitress wasn’t so attentive as in the past, but she was just a kid. Probably a bit more managerial influence is needed in this respect but overall another satisfying experience, and I will be returning!

They offer many dishes that are complimented with a baked potato yet they DO NOT serve baked potatoes. How unamerican is that!!?? The dining area is just way too open & offers no privacy such as a booth would. The server wasn't very friendly & the fried okra had no seasoning at all.
