Got dinner on drive back to Florida.First thing was told that had to be cash...Food was cold, subpar and the young man that waited on me seemed occupied with other tasks before him. The young lady working with him presented herself as not interested in my concerns or issues.
Reminds me of Xaxby's! Love their sauce!! The Monroeville establishment is a drive thru only type setup that has an automated voice system setup to speak upon pulling up to order. Then once you finish ordering, someone will repeat it back and tell you the price. I think that idea was an excellent choice to do as this provides orders to be made in a timely manner and automatically sets up a positive experience.
