Service was pretty bad all around. Food was solid. If you brew one pot of coffee at a time during breakfast, you’re not on top of things. Could have done without the flies.

Pulled up at 11:20 and the door was locked. The worker finally came out 20 minutes later to give food to another customer that had ordered online. If you close at 11 please update it via website.

We went there to order lady was sitting outside with door open said lobby was closed and tht we had to order on line so we sat in vehicle to order, in which we ored smash burger combo & pattymelt fries, tht consist of 2 patties grill onions melted white cheese on texas toast didn't get this was 1 piece of meat split on sandwich bread with regular cheese no onions, smashbuger had no bacon I feel if she didn't have tht product to make the meal as it it was supposed to be made then the customer should have been informed instead finding out later.

I have been here 5 times,and every time it's and issue. No waitress,out of food, this last time guy yells we closed but it's obvious they open. Worst experience ever!!!!

Would not recommend overall.
Ordered food and 5 min later was told they didn't have any chicken tenders. 2 kids upset. Another child waited 10 min after our food was brought for her food.. Food was good and staff was super friendly.

The place needs some TLC and the owner needs to order the equipment and food the place desperately needs. The staff is incredibly friendly and the food was delicious, even though they were out of what I really wanted, the steak was cooked just the way I ordered. There was music playing that gave the place a relaxing vibe.

It's ok some times depending on what there cook feels like they need to keep more stuff in stock they may have to go cups but no lids or to go plates but no plastic silverware

I worked there at one point in time I worked there for 3 weeks I know that most of the girls are getting other people to put in good comments about them to make yourself look good there is black mold growing in the freezer department the people who that are good and do their jobs good they get poorly time schedules so it's hard to get good service and the reason why I quit my job it's because the owner forgot to pay his employees this ain't someone who has just started being the boss man or whatever been the boss man for a long time so how could you forget to pay me after I worked 2 and 1/2 weeks before I got my first paycheck I was warned before I come to work there because this is the way it would be it's all management is sad they're stealing from the boss man the boss man don't give a damn black mold growing in the freezers and they rated a 70 when the health department come by and it never got fixed none of it did 70 that's pretty damn disgusting and when I started over there there was one lady who was stealing from the place she was fixing food and taking it out without ringing it up and after I quit my job I went up there tonight and guess who's there she is back to work there so now she's back stealing again the video cameras don't work and everybody who works there's no that so it's easy to stay there they don't ring up and they write it down on a piece of paper and hand it to you and get you to cook it and then they pocket the money that place needs to be shut down I wished that there would be undercover balls that really give a damn and just look outside from the windows and you can see the nastiness

SHAMEKA WAS ABSOLUTELY A ROCK STAR...... She not only took our order.. she cooked it kept up with drink refills checked on us regularly and rang us out.....My food was soooo good.....yall go see SHAMEKA ? I PROMISE ITLL BE THE BEST BURGER AND FRIES YOUVE EVER HAD..... My girl needs a huge raise!!!!

OTR truck driver . Had the Philly steak omelette , with loaded hash browns. Food was so good , and I’m very picky ! Used to be a cook . And the bathroom was so clean . I was very impressed with this place. Too bad I live in Texas . Cause I’d be a regular.

This is by far the worst experience I’ve had at a Huddle House. I traveled several hours to Monroeville to one of my navy buddies weddings. Around midnight we decided to eat at Huddle House. I ordered scrambled eggs, turkey sausage patties hash browns and pancakes. After waiting for around 20 minutes or so I received my order and immediately began eating. My eggs were cold and the sausages were still cold in the middle. I notified the waitress and instead of asking if I wanted them to remake my order, she asked if I wanted her to reheat my meal. I chose the restaurant because I was hungry and wanted a fresh meal. So I declined and requested a refund, however I was told that I would have to pay for an entire order that I didn’t eat. I asked for a manager or a supervisor and was told that neither was available and that they were on their own. One would be in later in the morning. I didn’t want to cause any issues so I paid over $40 for my food and my buddy that was getting married the next day. I’m very disappointed in Huddle House who I’ve frequently eaten from for several years.
