The food was good, service was decent given the air conditioning wasn’t working. It was very hot, but the server and the cook worked diligently to still serve people. Both were sweating, trying to keep things clean and flowing. There was some frustration, not at any customer in any sense, which was understandable. Not my favorite experience but for the two working I give this good review. Thank you.

The place look like it had been abandoned for a number of years, everything was in terrible condition and the place was full of flies. their rating was only 82 at the time.if I weren't so dang hungry, we would have turned around and left again.

Not real sure if we just picked a bad night, but our experience was horrible. First thing, we were not greeted by our server. At one point she actually left our table to lock the door at 10:00PM even though they close at 12. Second, they were out of literally everything we asked for (ice, strawberries for waffle, diced ham....ect). Third, our food was delivered in spurts and the white gravy was cold. (I'm positive other peoples food was delivered to other tables.) Forth, we had to wait nearly 5-10min for or sever to check us out. Whole waiting I pretty sure we noticed the issue. A new cook was being trained, but the other cook didn't seem interested in training him properly. Our waitresses kept pulling different plates and asking him to put different things on them. And finally, once we paid for our over priced cold food the waitress asked my husband if he was going to tip and how much!!!! Excuse me, what???? I pretty sure the key pad is for him to add the tip without the entire restaurant hearing. Of course my husband is better than me and left a $10.00 tip. I can honestly say this was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant.

Service was pretty bad all around. Food was solid. If you brew one pot of coffee at a time during breakfast, you’re not on top of things. Could have done without the flies.

Pulled up at 11:20 and the door was locked. The worker finally came out 20 minutes later to give food to another customer that had ordered online. If you close at 11 please update it via website.

We went there to order lady was sitting outside with door open said lobby was closed and tht we had to order on line so we sat in vehicle to order, in which we ored smash burger combo & pattymelt fries, tht consist of 2 patties grill onions melted white cheese on texas toast didn't get this was 1 piece of meat split on sandwich bread with regular cheese no onions, smashbuger had no bacon I feel if she didn't have tht product to make the meal as it it was supposed to be made then the customer should have been informed instead finding out later.

I have been here 5 times,and every time it's and issue. No waitress,out of food, this last time guy yells we closed but it's obvious they open. Worst experience ever!!!!

Would not recommend overall. Ordered food and 5 min later was told they didn't have any chicken tenders. 2 kids upset. Another child waited 10 min after our food was brought for her food.. Food was good and staff was super friendly.
