My wife and two grandboys visited this McDonald's on 06/29/2024 for lunch. The boys had intended to play in the kid area but the staff made them uncomfortable. The staff was loud, unprofessional and verbally profane. They left the restaurant as soon as possible.
The crew at this Monroeville McDonalds was very pleasant. The food was served quickly , fresh & hot! The restaurant in the dining area was very clean & behind the counter was also very clean! The staff said please & thank you to each other when asking for items Sending orders to the cooks. They also said thank you & have a good night to customers . The young people at this McDonald’s were very nice!! The restaurant in the dining area & behind the counter were very clean.
The crew working here were pleasant to customers saying thank you. A crew member would ask another for an item & say please & thank you. ( you don’t see workers in fast food places respecting each other like this often). All the members of the crew appeared clean & had their hair fixed.
