Make sure you check everything you order. Half of my order wasn't even mine. I asked for no mayonnaise on my double cheeseburgers and they not only had mayonnaise but they put it on both sides! It doesn't matter where you go anymore. You can't get a correct order period.

I give this place chance after chance to do better and yet every time they fail. Took 35 minutes to get 2 wacky packs. Let’s not forget the time I had a blue band aid stuck inside my bag. I refuse to go back. Should have a long long time ago.

I came to the monroeville sonic today after working all night long due to tornadoes hitting our area as I’m a first responder of 17 years.. The food was ok not the best but the service I received was totally uncalled for.. I ate then was going to use the restroom before I went back to work the ladies restroom was locked one server was very kind said she would be right back with the key, then I stood a waited a good ten minutes walked to the door ask if they had they key yet an the other girl was the rudest I have seen.. she responded with she is very busy at the moment all the while her an two others was standing there doing nothing an I say nothing playing in their phones… I said ok I’ll wait stood another 20 minutes they came an went an never opened the door for me… me an my crew will not come back to this establishment bc of the treatment received…
