They have no drive thru... and our orders have been screwed up a few times, but the burgers and shakes are great. These kids run around doing their best so always tip the server ! They really bust their butts!

Gave one star only because I had to choose a star before being able to write my review. The Sonic in Monroeville, AL is TERRIBLE! The customer service is worst than TERRIBLE! While taking my order today, the Sonic employee was talking to me and someone else at the same time. She had us both on speaker. She called out an order to verify, I told her I had not ordered yet and she told me “I wasn’t talking to you!” How was I supposed to know she was talking to someone else when her voice came through my speaker? Very rude and she continued to do this! I have had other bad experiences there but this one was the LAST!

Waited 17 minutes for 3 drinks with only one other customer waiting on a order. Then asked about the status of our 3 drinks and the manager gave me attitude

Make sure you check everything you order. Half of my order wasn't even mine. I asked for no mayonnaise on my double cheeseburgers and they not only had mayonnaise but they put it on both sides! It doesn't matter where you go anymore. You can't get a correct order period.

I give this place chance after chance to do better and yet every time they fail. Took 35 minutes to get 2 wacky packs. Let’s not forget the time I had a blue band aid stuck inside my bag. I refuse to go back. Should have a long long time ago.
