I came to the monroeville sonic today after working all night long due to tornadoes hitting our area as I’m a first responder of 17 years.. The food was ok not the best but the service I received was totally uncalled for.. I ate then was going to use the restroom before I went back to work the ladies restroom was locked one server was very kind said she would be right back with the key, then I stood a waited a good ten minutes walked to the door ask if they had they key yet an the other girl was the rudest I have seen.. she responded with she is very busy at the moment all the while her an two others was standing there doing nothing an I say nothing playing in their phones… I said ok I’ll wait stood another 20 minutes they came an went an never opened the door for me… me an my crew will not come back to this establishment bc of the treatment received…

Just really kind waiters and waitresses, very quick to take order and got everything correct just a little wait possibly depending on the crowd !
Wait time is outrageous. 12 minutes just for a slushy.

AWFUL SERVICE. I’m a local and I’ve placed several orders through the app and the employees ignore it every single time. I’ve waited over 30 mins for a simple drink. By the time I got it the ice was half melted and the employees couldn’t care less.
