Domino’s delivery was fast, smooth, and right on time! The pizza arrived hot, fresh, and loaded with flavor. Everything was exactly how I ordered it. Super impressed with the service and quality—definitely ordering again!

Montevallo store does not wash hands after taking orders. Come straight from the back past by sink to fix food.

I ordered online via their website at 11:30PM tonight, got a confirmation of the order via email and text. I received a text saying Kristopher was headed my way with my order at 11:54PM, (it takes roughly fifteen minutes to reach my address from the store) Fifteen minutes pass, no food, and no phone call or texts from Kristopher asking for direction assistance etc. The store closed at 12AM so of course they couldn't or wouldn't answer their phone.

No clue where my food ended up, since no one reached out to me about the order and I couldn't reach out to them because by the time the order was supposed to have arrived they were closed.

Super disappointed because previously I've never had any issues with ordering from this location they're usually top notch. I'm out over 50$ in food. Hope it was worth it Kristopher.

The manager David has terrible customer service and very rude he needs to be fired ASAP!

I’ve been ordering from this dominos religiously for the 6 years I’ve lived in Montevallo. I’ve only had a couple of mess ups over the years, and they were SO quick to remake & redeliver the correct item if I called the store to report it. The delivery drivers are always awesome and I truly have no complaints! Love this dominos forever and always ❤️

The guy with pink hair came from the back and took my order than went straight over to start making a pizza. He didn't wash his hands PERIOD. Thank god the girl that was already making pizza made mine. I thought I was gonna have to say something.This is terrible and just nasty.

Honestly,i only came here today bc of the HORRIBLE woman that was working at Papa Johns across the street when I walked in there.. I'll update my review accordingly when i get my food
