My experience at the huddle house was great. The cook Tina did an amazing job and her time management skills are out of this world. Thank you Tina and other huddle house employees.

Poor service! Took a long time to even take order, then cook was nowhere to be found. When she showed she didn't even start cooking a while. Then served 2 of 3 meals, and just then let us know they didn't have what they needed to cook the 3rd meal. So he had to re order. This should have been addressed before cooking the other 2! Then the cook had to yell at the server that my husband's food was sitting there getting cold. I have never had such terrible service in the time Huddle House had been in Montevallo!

Customer service is HORRIBLE ! The white man with the thinning hair has a HORRIBLE attitude ! I ordered 30 dollars worth of foood & was only given a waffle & two pancakes . I go back to ask for the rest of the order & was told he’s not remaking it & they don’t give refunds . I understand having a bad day but that’s not my fault as the customer .

Really sweet server, she worked hard to make sure everything was perfect. The wings and fries were excellent as an appetizer and the mega bacon smash burger was enormous and delicious. Can't wait to go back!!

We made a quick stop on our way to vacation and this place didn't disappoint. We had eggs hashbrowns sausage all made to perfection. The waffle was buttery and hot! Kids loved their pancakes and the wife had a philly omelette she said was one of the best she's had. Highly recommend this diner and will definitely be back next weekend!

I normally dont complain or leave a review but we went to huddle house in montevallo today and it was the worst experience we have ever had and ww eat there a pretty good bit. Our food was cold, bread was not toasted, wafflea were not done, asked to recook waffle and brought it back cold and not much better. Their cooks are horrible. We try to support local businesses, but wont be back till food gets better.
A well rounded menu.(Even though all breakfast items are great). Clean and homey restaurant that is a nice alternative from Awful House. Hello to Dayton, TN 🇺🇸

I don’t usually write reviews but I was very impressed and wanted to share. Had supper there last night. Country fried steak was fabulous and other person with me had breakfast platter. He also said the food was outstanding. Waitress Michell was super nice and made sure we were taken care of. Cook was also friendly and we had a blast.

Very nice local spot. Staff seemed to know most of the patrons and were just as welcoming to us. They serve turkey sausage which one member of my party was very happy to see due to dietary restrictions. Will be coming back soon!
