I eat at Jack's a lot this is my first time at this location the breakfast special was bad burnt eggs runny the gravy without sausage grits wear cold and this is my worst Jack's experience

Walked in, no greeting. Waited for someone to come up and take my order, no acknowledgment from the team. They seemed nice enough, but one guy was texting on his phone and then handling food. I don’t care if you check your phone, but wash your hands before you touch the food. And then was rushed while trying to place my order. Genuinely, I think the team is probably very nice and I’m sure the food would have been fine. But it wasn’t good service and a food safety hazard.

Ordered six things, and they didn’t give me three, found a hair in my food and only got ONE biscuit in my BISCUITS and gravy. And I didn’t get utensils

Beyond garbage service. Umptenth time I’ve gotten a chicken plate with 3 or 4 green beans in a puddle of slaw sauce. I want to post a picture so bad!!!
The staff do not care about their jobs and it shows. Never once left the drive thru with a decent or complete order. I’m not even close to exaggerating..

SUCKS.TABLES DIRTY CANT GET A ORDER RIGHT.WILL NOT GO BACK.
they like to be greedy with their sauces. if youre gonna charge for extra sauces then GIVE ME THE SAUCES I PAID FOR! hell, most of the time they dont even fill the sauce cups up half way. i normally check now, but if i forget then inevitably i will be missing sauces

I just went there 30 minutes ago and the food was terrible the everything was hard it wasn't worth the money I probably won't eat there again from this experience
