Nice to see that Montevallo Jacks finally found some respectable employees.My last experience there a couple of mi the ago was horrible. However, the manager assured me she was sending the rude employee home.It must have worked because everyone was so well mannered, professional, good was great and no waiting.

Went in at 9 o’clock on a Friday in the lobby because my very picky son wanted some jacks fries. I walked into the lobby and devarius took my order. I asked if it would be a problem if I ordered a large order of fries to get some fresh ones. He said it wouldn’t be an issue. Not only was he taking orders he was helping a fellow worker in the back catch up on food orders. If he isn’t a team leader he should be, I never heard anything but yes sir and no sir from him. Quite disappointed in this place… I expected so much more but left there disappointed and still hungry…. First off, I have been to damn near every Jacks around the Birmingham area (i drive a lot for work and I stop and get myself a shake everytime I see one) and I have never been told that their shake machine is down… I always labeled jacks as the place I could depend on, that’s a McDonald’s thing… I never would’ve thought that the “Now opened, just built” jacks...
