Used doordash did not receive mashed potatoes and gravy or macaroni and cheese with my order and did not receive the white and dark meat just dark and I will never use them again

This KFC fell by the wayside a few years ago, but they've really stepped their game up. I hadn't been in a long, long time, but I decided to stop in and consider a family bucket for dinner... I'm glad I did. Not only did the employees answer my questions, but they were inquisitive to my needs, and attentive to them most importantly. When it took more time to cook my chicken fresh, because of my order, they walked it out to my car with a smile on their face.

We have always liked KFC and in the past, had gone to the Pelham location. That location became so bad that they shut down. The other Pelham location near the interstate is running a close race to the bottom. We thought we were done with KFC.

When we discovered the Montevallo location - and that it served our food cooked properly and they actually give us what we order - we had to leave a good review! We have gone by several times over the past few months, and the food is consistently good. Kudos to the workers and management!

This location needs to be shut down they never have chicken then you have a 30 minute wait and you ask them for all dark meat and they tell you no but want you to wait 30 minutes because they're out of chicken and this is happening repetitively

They gave my son a kids meal drink but failed to give his kids meal. We get to Orr Park and realize the kids meal is missing. My husband goes back. He said on the ticket was only a kids drink when i know i said meal. He had to order it. They tried to give him the wrong oder twice. Fries were stale. I odered Georgia Brown wings. They gave me the hot ones. They were so small and dry. Not a good experience today.

Kid-friendliness: Its kid friendly but they didnt put my son's kid's meal on the oder.

i went to this store 4/13/24 around 630pm. The store was filthy dirty. Tables were not clean,area by soda fountain was disgustingly dirty. My food was ok. Womens Bathroom was dirty. Do better for your customers!

Went to the Montevallo location on Mar 4th to pick up an order that was placed online. The guy at the window was friendly but said he was the cook and running the window. He said he was the only employee there. Just now leaving a review because I did the feedback online and marked to have someone contact me back but should have known that would not happen. Ordered several items over $30 worth. Sat in line for about 15 mins and was finally told to move my car forward and the food would be brought out when ready. The guy did apologize a few times and said he hadn’t forgot about me. Many cars came through the line and left. Some reason they got their food but I didn’t. 45 mins later for a total of 1 hour I sat waiting on my food that I placed online so should have been ready when I got there. Order two smashed potato bowls neither had the fries…2 large mashed potatoes one only had 2 scoops which is definitely not a large…bucket of chicken that was suppose to come with biscuits but there was none. And none of the sauce that was ordered. They should not be open if there is only one employee. It had been about 3 years since we had been because of the same issues. Will not be back.

We wasted our money… They told us my chicken would take 5 minutes and we said that’s fine. 5 minutes turned into 15 minutes and our drinks were watered down by then. We went in to try to see if we could refresh our drinks before we got the food and the lady rolled her eyes at us and said the lobby wasn’t open to customers. We got our food finally and they left out my sauce and a side was missing. My husband’s box was soggy and stale. Sadly we already pulled away so I couldn’t get my side but even if we did it doesn’t fix the soggy and stale food. We won’t be going back. Horrible experience and bad food…

They don’t accept cash at the drive thru, prices have increased 30%, and they stopped providing cookies with the famous bowl combo; drink only now. Also the famous bowl no longer has popcorn chicken but 2-3 pieces of huge chicken you have to cut apart. The Dr. Pepper is watery. This place is a JOKE.

What’s the point of placing order on App if we can’t go inside, nope drive thru only. That was the point of ordering so we didn’t have to wait 4 vehicles behind. Lesson learned. Won’t do it again. If I could give zero I would. We get home half the chicken was cold and not cooked. To top it off we ordered 3 sides and each of them looked like they put an ice cream scoop in each one. Family of 3 and it’s a meal for 1. Would have been okay if we didn’t pay 40$
