Its usually really good. we ordered the seafood platter blackened and they brought it out fried which looked great then I told them it was supposed to be blackened and they insisted on taking it off our plates and redid the order. They scraped the breading off and I assume washed it off in the sink and blackened it then brought it out. it was mushy an disgusting. It was inedible. It ruined dinner. We had a rare date night opportunity and chose to eat at a local restaurant rather than go to Alabaster or further North. Got to Main Street Tavern and it was busy but we were told the wait would be 15 minutes. That was at 5:40 pm. We gave our name and phone number and sat down patiently. At 6:30 we were still sitting and had watched as at least 4 couples of 2 (that came in after us) and a party of 6 or 7 get seated. The hostess never called us or even looked at us.
