The night crew is amazing food is always fresh and they deserve a raise.
the customer service. Just go to publix or Chick fil A. You'll see the difference on good and bad customer service very quickly. im tired of being made to feel like Ive done something wrong when they are so unfriendly or get something wrong with the order. McD. please train your employees in customer service or hire the right people who take their job seriously and know how to treat people. Jacks got my business this morning
Need to listen to managers. Ordered a frappe this morning to start drinking it and find plastic inside of it cut in small pieces. Called the manager to let them know they need to turn it off that it’s a safety hazard. She tells me that she had told her employees to not serve frappes since yesterday and they are continuing to do so. She said that someone is suppose to clean it today. The question I have is why are they still serving them knowing the machine is contaminated.
