I just want to give a huge shoutout to Cat in the drive-thru at the Montevallo McDonald’s. Every single time I pull up and hear her go “ba-da- ba-ba-ba,” it instantly puts a smile on my face. She brings this fun, upbeat energy that you don’t expect when you’re just grabbing food. Even on days when I’m dragging, she somehow lifts my mood before I even get my order.
She’s quick, professional, and always gets the order right, but what stands out most is her attitude. She jokes around just enough to make you laugh, but you can also tell she cares about doing her job well. You don’t run into many people who not only have charisma but can also brighten someone’s day in a drive-thru window but she does—including mine, every time.
It’s clear she works hard and takes pride in what she does, and I just want McDonald’s management to know what an asset they have in her. In a world where good customer service can be hard to find, Cat’s spirit does more than deliver a meal—it delivers a moment that matters. Appreciate her more than she knows!

Too busy talking on their phones and cutting up to provide service. One burger was completely room temperature as were the limp greasy fries. The only decent thing were the drinks. Never going back to this store.

I have never experienced a perfect order from McDonald’s until today. Fries fresh out the fryer genuinely salted, in excess. 6ct crispy, diet pepper correctly given & marked on cup lid!! Service at the window was nice, fast, and had dyed hair, slay. Late-night crew is great.

As far as the food goes; it’s okay. But don’t go here if you want to get your food fast since if the line goes out into the middle of the road you can’t park your car and go inside to pick up your mobile order. You’ll get told to go through the drive through; so you’ll have to walk all the way to your parked car and then proceed to block actual traffic when waiting to turn into the drive thru.
Love the French fries. But the drive thru is really slow they need to speed it up.

I got the #5 which was 2 smaller cheese burgers,Fries and a drink . The burgers were a little larger than a slider size and were pretty good. I shared the meal and it was enough for my grandson and I both so that was nice.
