10-27-24 mobile order wait on a spot is just awful service , waiting for 18 min had to cancel my order and then got another 5 min to cancel the order. A lot of people behind me in drive tru was served but not me , don't do mobil order and wait for your food .

I’m sorry but if I go to the kiosk and it says $0 for ranch and then I have to pay over a $1 for more a couple that’s ridiculous especially when there was 4 sandwiches and that being the only condiment I use. This is ridiculous will not be coming back

Good standard McDonald's location. The food is always good and the service is great. The only drawback to this location is that the drive through and the parking lot both exit at the extremely narrow entrance from the front. It doesn't take much to have a complete traffic jam up of cars trying to get in and out at the same time.

I go here in the mornings before school starts at Montevallo. The people are always very nice. The frappe I received however didn’t have that much caramel on the whipped cream. That’s why I gave this place a four star. Other than that it is a good place to eat something quick before an event or school.
