The lobby was closed. Drive through only. Employees were friendly. Food was delicious. A little over priced for fast food.

Horrible and slow, was told at the pick up window to pull up to #1 lane and was there for 30 min, when I went to complain at the window about the wait I was told to go inside and pick up my food.... Go inside and was given cups to fill up my drinks and then was given my order, I get home and was missing the fries for 3 orders. Oh and the guy that told me to pull up went outside to have a smoke while I was waiting the whole time.

The early morning crew service used to be amazing, now it’s terrible. It takes forever for someone to get on the speaker just for you to get to the last window and they asked what you ordered again. I waited almost 20 minutes before I left without the food I paid for and still nobody came out as I was at the red light. It makes it worse that I was the only one in line.

I'm 30 years old and the big Mac meal I just ordered from here was BY FAR THE BEST BIG MAC MEAL (THE FRIES AND DRINK INCLUDED) I'VE EVER*** HAD. Fast service, friendly service and honestly saying the food was acceptable is an understatement, my food was made PERFECTLY, ALL OF IT. KEEP IT UP MONTEVALLO!!!!

They can't tell the difference between ketchup or mayonnaise. If you go through the drive through there is a 85%chance of them completely messing your order up. They just don't care inside they are laughing and joking around when there is work to be done. Suggest a complete fire and rehire of the entire crew

Watched them give food to vehicle in front of me and customer gave it back. When I asked them if that was my food, they ignored me, and asked me to pull up. They brought out a bag that looked like someone shuffled through and left it in a mess. I threw it away and won't go back to that location.

I just paid for 2 mcrib sandwiches..plus 3 order of lg ff n 2 lg bacon ,cheese McDonald's sandwiches n..I didn't get a recipe ither n I only got 1 McRoberts sandwich n..1 bacon ,cheese hburger..n.i od 33$n 25 for all it..I just got home with my orders..it came from Montevallo McDonald's..so ither want my extra mcrib sandwich n my ex bacon, cheese hunger sandwich..or my money on back for the 2 items..by tomorrow..I'll be back..I live in west blocton Alabama..my name is Shelia..
