We just had the best pizza from a chain pizza joint! We had the Shaq pepperoni special and it was perfect! It was ready on time and the staff were so polite! Keep up the good service!!

9 out of 10 you'll get a recording. A Real person has never answered when i call. Went by there once and the door was open but never saw anyone inside. Go across the R/R tracks to Dominoes. When you call them a real person answers the phone. No B.S.

Ordered a pizza, called an hour later to get an ETA and they said they were waiting on DOORDASH to come pick it up even though they should have their own delivery drivers. They said it should be on the way in 20 minutes. Waited ANOTHER hour and then called and they kept hanging up and then closed. They never delivered the pizza. No dinner for my family tonight I guess. Great. Don’t trust them. Horrible service.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had 2 orders of Oreo bites that should be named OREO BRICKS! I called and ask if I brought them back would they make me some fresh and was told NO I would have to deal with DoorDash. I wasn’t wanting my money back just food that didn’t chip my tooth when bitten into. This place is a joke.

Well...i USED to be a great fan of the Montevallo Papa Johns... Saturday evening ruined that.
Enough so that when I walked out of the store,i was calling the shift lead or whoever was the second person that ' serviced ' me names that you shouldn't call someones mother.
2/3 of the employees were great but that one more than ruined that.

I had it delivered. I had the calzone bites that were amazing. I also, had chicken fettuccine melt type dish. I misunderstood bc it doesn't come with pasta and was a bit too rich for my blood without the penne. It was still flavor wise right on point.
