Poor customer service skills, too young and don't care attitude,the girl with glass running the drive through was the one that should get 5 star ,her smile 😁 and her energy was amazing,the other two should watch and learn from her ,the other girls it was obvious she miserable with herself and others, will probably never find any happiness, the guy not to bad ,he needs stay away from Mary Mary quite contrary how does your garden grow ,she not your friend don't let her energy rub off on you,she will through you under the bus in a heartbeat ,other than that I love the Mexican pizza #9

Ordered from the kiosk and waited 30 min while other people that got there after me left with their orders. After the 30 min wait they asked me if I ordered I said yes just for him to tell me they no longer sell what I had ordered. No apology or anything. Told him id have to go since its been 30 min and he just walked away like he didn't care. Worst customer service ever. The time before this they were rude and acted like they didn't want to be there

I don't know how the food is because I couldn't get any. They said something was wrong with the payment portal at the counter and that I had to order through the kiosk(that was running slow and with a line due to people not knowing how to use it)even though the register at the drive through was functioning. Management should have used the drive through register for walk in customers as well because of the tech issue.

Place is okay. Staff is pretty friendly. Service is a little bit slow however, they are understaffed. And the place has a really weird smell to it

Clearly not what I ordered and definitely not going all the way back because this already took 20 mins just to get and it was a mobile order that was way in advance. Total waste of money. It wouldn’t have been so bad had I not pulled up to the drive-through they had a line which is OK it’s Friday night cool but when I got there, you had me wait like five came back you took my name for my mobile order and then left it on the screen and didn’t say anything like thank you pull forward nothing…. Came back like 5 mins later said Oh we had a line full of people come in the lobby. sorry pull around pull around and I still had to wait an additional 10 mins for thisšŸ¤¦ā€ā™€ļø

Horrible I asked for a simple order apparently it was too complicated to figure out asked for a number 6 with NO tomatoes they couldn't get that right doesn't surprise me, the teenagers they hire dont listen to anything and apparently can't figure out the difference between lettuce and tomatoes

Unlike most I love Taco Bell.🤣. But I wish someone would show them the proper way to dress and prep a burrito. It’s like a taco, layer the ingredients. You do not get a bite of ingredients I each bite. Sauces are at one end, then the rice, and then the beans at the other end. So you eat all the sauce in one bite and the each of the other items. Maybe the build chart is wrong for the burrito. Correct it please. 🤣 Otherwise it is tasty fast food.

Night crew has it going on! They are seriously fast most of the time and have gotten my order right 99.9% of the time. I'm too tired after work to spend time making sure things are correct so this is awesome! Polite staff and consistent food.

Placed a very large online order. Was made to come in and the entire time it was being made, the manager was yelling and threatening to close the store. Very unprofessional.

We visited this location on June 2. We mobile ordered and substituted chicken on every item in the order. For every substitution we were charged 60 cents. We got home and not a single thing in our order contained chicken like it was supposed to. We also had two mobile orders and they acknowledged both at the windows and we were given the drinks for both however they only gave us one order and told us to pull up and check the order instead of checking it at the windows. We then pull up to check the order to see they forgot to give us a whole order and we had to circle back around. We also requested a refund since the nacho fries were out and we got told we had to accept the potato’s as a substitute and could not get a refund. Service was awful and so was the stock.
