I'm a bit disappointed how this taco bell has been lately. Unfortunately 2 of my orders have been wrong lately and my wait time in a short line with an empty parking lot has been a bit ridiculous. I apologize if this location is short staffed I can understand if that's the case and noobe is ever rude to me here, but the item quality has gone down.

Dude made eye contact with us as we were getting out of our vehicle and locked the door. Then when I got home to eat an entire meal was missing. This place just keeps going down hill. The little food I did get was stale

Even though they were very polite. We are always sent to park after ordering and paying and usually waiting 10-20mins for our food which is inconvenient for a drive threw.

How do you mess up what to put in a Delux cravings box, I didn’t order anything special with it, and the drive through guy asked me the same question 5 times but he’s trying his best
I stopped going here bc they always get my food wrong or forget to put something in my bag. The last 2 times I went I didn’t get part of my order and then this time when I get home to take the food out of the bag my food is everywhere. The taco is unrolled and out of the paper and the chips are all Over the bag and crushed. I don’t expect it to be super hot bc I live about 10 mins away but it shouldn’t be ice cold either. It took almost 30 minutes to get from the time I got to the speaker where I placed my order to when I finally got my order. I love Taco Bell and it didn’t used to be this way. I guess at least I got all my food this time

This location is the best! Drew is always polite when I see him. He’s always friendly and has a smile on his face. Ezra is by far the sweetest person! Montevallo only has a few options for lunch and it’s nice to know I can count on them to get my order right every time!
