We visited this location on June 2. We mobile ordered and substituted chicken on every item in the order. For every substitution we were charged 60 cents. We got home and not a single thing in our order contained chicken like it was supposed to. We also had two mobile orders and they acknowledged both at the windows and we were given the drinks for both however they only gave us one order and told us to pull up and check the order instead of checking it at the windows. We then pull up to check the order to see they forgot to give us a whole order and we had to circle back around. We also requested a refund since the nacho fries were out and we got told we had to accept the potato’s as a substitute and could not get a refund. Service was awful and so was the stock.

Kinda upset with this place! I had a driver steal my food, after I saw she dropped my order I made it pick up because we had be waiting awhile. I get all the way to Taco Bell and they’ve handed my order to a driver or to somebody. My order wasn’t even offered to be re made. I was told to take it up with uber eats. Of course uber eats says to take it up with the merchant. I thought the merchant was supposed to be confirming these orders, or at least looking at the drivers phone to make sure that the order matched up with people picking it up. Taco Bell literally let somebody steal $50 worth of food. I don’t think it’s my fault or uber eats fault. As a driver for door dash myself, they are supposed to be looking at these orders and who picks them up to prevent this from happening. Sadly we will not be using this location anymore as I feel I was treated very unfairly. They made me REPURCHASE all of my food. I found that ridiculous.

The customer service there is terrible ! Today I went through and there was a rude young lady at the drive through I asked for extra meat and nacho fries (it wasn’t in my bag ) and my food was cold with barely anything on it , I still ate it bc I wasn’t going to waste my money but this is not the first time this happened to me so I’m just going to stop coming there .

Do NOT go to taco bell during the evening hours. The night shift is the WORST. They couldn't get an order right if someone paid them....oh wait. They ARE being paid. Being paid to CONSTANTLY get orders wrong.

I'm a bit disappointed how this taco bell has been lately. Unfortunately 2 of my orders have been wrong lately and my wait time in a short line with an empty parking lot has been a bit ridiculous. I apologize if this location is short staffed I can understand if that's the case and noobe is ever rude to me here, but the item quality has gone down.

Dude made eye contact with us as we were getting out of our vehicle and locked the door. Then when I got home to eat an entire meal was missing. This place just keeps going down hill. The little food I did get was stale
