The young people who work here, for the most part, do seem to try.
Some have bad attitudes, but most try to be polite and helpful.
Unfortunately, this place is the worst at time management, taking way too long to make only drinks, and they consistently get the drink order incorrect.
Last time, they didn't secure the lid well on my child's hot chocolate, which resulted in a literal, hot mess. No apologies or offers to help clean it, but they then seemed bothered to make a new one.
Once you're in line, due to the set up, you're stuck there.
They consistently, pretty much every promotion that they have, run of the promised products.
However, they leave the signage up and don't tell you that they're out of said promotion, which by then, again, it doesn't matter, because you're stuck in the line.
As an adult, I don't care to go back, unfortunately my young teen keeps wanting to frequent for the (lack of) promotions, and we go normally, bi weekly.
I wish that management would do better with training and ordering inventory.

We came here on the morning of 1/30 and received the worst service. The young girl taking our order kept telling us to pull up but did it in such a rude manner. She kept stopping, so we stopped and then she would rudely tell us “keep pulling up” like we were toddlers. Eventually we were so close the car behind us, but she was at the very hood of our car expecting us to pull up more, we would’ve hit them. Then she switches positions and goes to hand out the coffee. We saw her interaction with one truck; she held out the coffee to give the customer and when they didn’t grab it in 3 seconds. She snatched it back; did this two more times until the person reached for it. Then when we pulled up, she walked away and someone from inside had to give us our coffee. There was coffee all over the cups, and when asked for a napkin, I was ignored. Also, each coffee they handed us was not the correct one they said. I’ll go here only if those employees aren’t working.

My firt time trying this new location in Alabaster and the service was nice and prompt. The server took her time and explained the menu to me. She also explained the difference between 7 brew and Starbucks( i asked)😜

I’ve been a customer of 7 Brew for over a year now and I’m highly unsatisfied with the lids. Walking into my job, the coffee splashed through the open lid ruining my white shirt because the drink was filled to the top. Please go back to the original coffee lids or I’ll just start back going to Dunkin where I can get coffee, a sandwich and my clothes stay clean

This 7brew is good but if you order a hot blondie during the night it’s terrible… or any coffee it’s not good one time I order one around 12 pm it was cold and not even filled up all the way… honestly do better

More options for drinks than you can imagine. Points accumulate faster than other coffee shops. They offer sugar free options for some flavors and different milk options.

I went 2 days ago. I ordered the same drink I order in Chelsea the same way. I tasted it... all wrong... I questioned the person who brought me the order. Was told they made it the way I said. He walked away. I will be going back to Chelsea but not to Moody.

This Stand used to be really good but it has went down hill the last several months the last 3-4 trips it’s been just awful and the health score is 79

The service is Always Amazing but I made the mistake of going 10 minutes before closing.😩
I received the worst Blondie ever! It was watered down & the taste was horrible. If I was not running late for the movies, I would have taken it back and gotten a refund. Oh well, you live & learn. Mornings only for me!

Just went through the drive through and was charged for my drink with my card and looked on my bank and my card was run again for an amount i didn’t approve!! They have now committed fraud. This location will not answer the phone to speak with anyone either. Don’t go here.

Message Tom I have a good experience however this time I got stuck in line behind someone who was wanting to have a full long conversation with the person in front of me and not wait on other customers add three people in the line next to me go through before my Order was taken. I've had better smoothies there than I did tonight. It'll probably be a while before I go back. I've gotten through quicker when they've been slammed then on a night when they were slow.
