2 out of the last 3 visits have been awful. I just picked up a steak burrito. The stake and rice were cold...not luke warm...COLD...I thought they only used fresh food. This food obviously came out of the walk in refrigerator. You can't call and speak with anyone at the store. I give up. I won't be back.

I am highly disappointed. Just now I picked up my bowl at 12noon on September 26th, 2025 and the portions they served was not even half on the bowl.
I visit here everyday. All the employees knows me. Today I have seen a set of new people and literally they are serving the amount of table spoons. You lost my business Chipotle Moody branch!! The portions are way too less. Didn't expect this from you at all!!!!

Tiniest crappy burritos of any Chipotle I've ordered from in 5 years. Taco Bell makes this chipotle look like crap. $13 for a burrito for it to look like a $4 burrito from Taco Bell is unacceptable. Plus biting into it, there was no meat. This location killed a long time fanboy of Chipotle after spending multiple thousands on Chipotle over the years. This is horrible. Avoid at all cost. The burrito was the same size as a computer mouse for reference.

I can go at anytime of the day n the rice gonna be old n cold the meat gonna be on its last you get a tablespoon of vinaigrette and a gallon of adobo ranch that was crazy… definitely gotta step up the presentation and food temperatures…

Food is nasty. Literally tastes different than other chipotles and extremely DRY. The red sauce has no spice to it and usually burns my mouth at other locations. Chips are hard and stale. One of the doors doesn’t even work so it looks closed then they wave through the window for you to walk around the building. How about post a sign?
Then to top it off the guy taking my order tried to keep my change and say he thought my $50 was a $20. I could tell he was lying. Won’t be returning. This location should close as fast as it opened.

Went in for lunch today. Ask for a burrito because the man in front of me got one and the girl stuffed it full. So I thought wow I will take that. I got a different lady didn't put nothing on it. I first thought ok. Got to the onions and peppers she put 2 little bell peppers on it. I said forget it I dont want it and walked out. Not going back

Food is great, however the service is probably the worst out Of any chipotle I have ever been to. There’s a stigma of them serving less and less and I can tell you from experience this store has indeed regressed the serving sizes. Do not recommend if you are hungry and want a full meal as you aren’t going to get one here.

This Chipotle is always clean and they were even cleaning as we dined. However, we came to this Chipotle at 8:30 and they close at 11pm. They had already cleaned their kitchen and were not making anymore beef barbacoa. I ordered a rice bowl with steak and barbacoa and asked for double meat. I was barely given any meat and got the last of the rice which was hard and crunchy. Very unpleasant for the $15 price. Staff was friendly and the guacamole was the best thing I ate.
