Everytime we have eaten here has been excellent food and service! Reason I’m giving 4 stars is we ordered to go Friday evening and my tamales had ground beef dumped on top of them. No sauce or anything else. Just ground beef. Not sure if that was a mistake or was odd.

I ordered 3 steak tacos and the steak meat was tough, wasn’t tender at all. A lot of fat was left on the steak meat and wasn’t able to chew it. I also ordered the cheese dip and that was pretty good with the corn tortilla chips.

The food was terrible and after I complained they just quit coming to the table all together still 2 out of 5 meals were not touched and still charged for . Do not recommend to anyone

Second visit because my family and I wanted to give it another try. Ordered queso con carne and it was a huge plate of taco meat with a dripping of cheese. My wife ordered a chicken quesadilla and the cheese wasn’t melted and the meat was inedible. My chili Colorado steak had a weird texture and the sauce tasted like ketchup. My son’s two steak tacos came out as hamburger tacos and once we got the waiter from the bar and the tv was replaced with what he ordered steak tacos and the steak was inedible furry and too soft. For this I payed fifty dollars because I don’t like to complain, but we all went to get pizza after. Service was ok but food is absolutely disgusting.

This is my fault Mexican restaurant in Moody. I love the chimichanga especially and we decided to try the chori cheese appetizer this last visit.....oh myyyy....SO GOOD, highly addictive! Chips and salsa are always good as well. Service has always been great and restaurant has always been clean.
