I just left from getting breakfast here and they were kicking butt!! 🤩 They were working so hard on this busy Sunday morning. I used to work food service, so I remember how grueling it can be. Specially around holidays. Thank you for all that you do! ♥️

My husband and I wish we could go back to this Jacks, however, after several times of getting home with the food and the order not being correct; it is difficult for us to take another chance. We understand a time or two getting our order wrong, but this had become more of a routine of hoping they can get our order correct. Everyone is nice there, they just have some trouble getting the orders correct (at least the majority of the time we have gone there). I do hope it gets better.

Employees were too busy running their mouths about the juicy gossip surrounding one of their managers. They couldn’t wrap their head around “a number five with one just meat and cheese, and a sweet tea” I suppose. They gave me one plain burger. We went back in and said, “I got the plain burger but you forgot the regular one”. So the apparently incompetent cashier gave me another plain burger. Sad. Couldn’t even do a simple job correctly, let’s hope you get paid your worth.

After trying to eat at the Odenville Jacks we came to Moody Jacks hoping it would be better. NOPE!!
It's almost like the 2 Jacks got together and decided that Wed. 12/11/24 would be a day of crappy service.
As soon as we got in line a man came up to ask for a refund because he had been waiting for his burger for over 15 minutes.

We left and went to Popeyes.

Really disappointed that Jacks restaurants are no longer dependable.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Jack’s for many years, often looking forward to their breakfast and lunch offerings. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have left me disappointed. During my last visit, an item was left out of my order. While mistakes happen, the way it was handled was disheartening.

When I called to let them know, I was greeted with a curt and unprofessional “Hello!?” that made me feel undervalued as a customer. It’s disappointing to see this decline in customer service, especially as a longtime patron. I couldn't help but wonder if this behavior stems from inadequate training, a lack of support for employees, or both.

I also reached out to corporate, leaving a voicemail to share my experience, as this isn’t the first time I’ve encountered missing items in my order. Unfortunately, I’ve yet to hear back, which only adds to my frustration.

Jack’s used to be a place I could count on for quality food and service, but it seems to have lost its spark. I hope they take feedback seriously and work to restore the standards that made this establishment a community favorite.
