Employees were too busy running their mouths about the juicy gossip surrounding one of their managers. They couldn’t wrap their head around “a number five with one just meat and cheese, and a sweet tea” I suppose. They gave me one plain burger. We went back in and said, “I got the plain burger but you forgot the regular one”. So the apparently incompetent cashier gave me another plain burger. Sad. Couldn’t even do a simple job correctly, let’s hope you get paid your worth.

After trying to eat at the Odenville Jacks we came to Moody Jacks hoping it would be better. NOPE!! It's almost like the 2 Jacks got together and decided that Wed. 12/11/24 would be a day of crappy service. As soon as we got in line a man came up to ask for a refund because he had been waiting for his burger for over 15 minutes.
We left and went to Popeyes.
Really disappointed that Jacks restaurants are no longer dependable.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Jack’s for many years, often looking forward to their breakfast and lunch offerings. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have left me disappointed. During my last visit, an item was left out of my order. While mistakes happen, the way it was handled was disheartening.
When I called to let them know, I was greeted with a curt and unprofessional “Hello!?” that made me feel undervalued as a customer. It’s disappointing to see this decline in customer service, especially as a longtime patron. I couldn't help but wonder if this behavior stems from inadequate training, a lack of support for employees, or both.
I also reached out to corporate, leaving a voicemail to share my experience, as this isn’t the first time I’ve encountered missing items in my order. Unfortunately, I’ve yet to hear back, which only adds to my frustration.
Jack’s used to be a place I could count on for quality food and service, but it seems to have lost its spark. I hope they take feedback seriously and work to restore the standards that made this establishment a community favorite.

When in to get food. Got 2 orders of double gravy biscuits with the gravy on the side of both . And bacon egg cheese biscuits. And 2 orders of bacon. They where very busy told them I didn't mind waiting. They called my name. Got it stop to check it . I'm glad I did NO bacon egg cheese biscuit and on the 2 biscuit and gravy biscuits with gravy on side. All they give me was one small thing of gravy said it was a large. But taking a Pic of the gravy and u tell me that it's enough for 4 biscuits. When that is what they give for 1 double gravy biscuit. 🫤 I lifted very unhappy 🙁

Currently eating here right now as I type this. 4 people in line at the counter and wait times min 15 mins for food. Focus is only on the drive through. Service at the counter lacking in personality and initiative. Has been the same experience last 3 times I've been to this location. Recommend they get new management seeing as how it's also been the same manager each time. Foods decent. But other than that might as well be dealing with a computer because there is no friendliness at this location.

The worker asked me if I wanted BBQ sauce on my BBQ burger, if I asked for a BBQ burger I want BBQ sauce this ruined my entire day
