Everything was great until I went to eat my sandwich, noticed something off and realized they forgot my second patty on my Big Mac. Rather upset. Do better guys.

Ok, I love the Loves and Subway attached to this, but the McDonalds is some of the laziest people I have ever met in my life. What kind of McDonalds does not have BURGER PATTIE’S!?! Like, seriously, then when I ordered something else, they don’t have that either. Why are you even in business if you don’t sell what’s on your menu? Lock the door and go home. Get people in there that actually do jobs. Avoid this place like the plague, unless you want to wait 20 minutes to order, only to be told they pretty much don’t have anything on their menu.

This location is a complete breakdown of McDonald’s standards.
Employees consistently appear out of uniform, in dirty clothing, and with hair loose and unmanaged in a food-handling environment. It gives an immediate impression of uncleanliness and zero supervision.
The food is just as disappointing. Burgers are sloppy, poorly assembled, and look rushed with no quality control. Orders regularly come out missing basic condiments, and full meals are handed out with only two napkins — which is unacceptable considering how messy the food is.
Morale is clearly low. Staff appear disengaged, unmotivated, and indifferent to customers. This is not just a staff issue — it’s a leadership failure. The condition of the team reflects a lack of training, accountability, and management presence.
This store does not represent the McDonald’s brand properly. Cleanliness, professionalism, and accuracy are not being taken seriously.
Corporate and ownership need to step in immediately. I’m so tired of bad customer service experiences that I wish I could sue. I am definitely spreading the word about this location experience through social media.

This is food poisoning waiting to happen. Rotten lettuce, old black patties, cold food. Floppy uncooked fries. Save your time and money and go anywhere else. Absolutely disgusting they should be ashamed of themselves. Won’t answer the phone either.

Come here to do my 30 min break im a truckdriver. Order on the app and with the number of people that was on the clock you would think this McDonald's would meet the fast food quality. But no it was like they don't know how to handle a rush. I seen one lady with the phone up to her ear while pushing food. If it was a family emergency how can your human mind handle stress under pressure. Im just saying professional actions should be concerned when you are in America business atmosphere. Customer should come first. But I guess it's in the eyes of the beholder who is important . In the ola America way CUSTOMERS COME FIRSY

I used the kiosk and ordered a dbl qtr with no cheese ....I didn't look until I got in my vehicle and baaam, there's cheese on it , so I went back in with the sandwich and handed them the receipt and they made me a fresh dbl qtr , I get in my vehicle and the new sandwich has cheese on it also. Who ever made my sandwich wrong twice needs to get a lower tier job. They cannot read and or comprehend.
