Currently have been in line for 33 minutes and nobody has moved. Not the first time waiting in line this long. Smh
No idea how this location stays open. You'll sit in the drive through for 10 minutes and they never even acknowledge you're there. Sometimes the store is just randomly closed on a weeknight. Food is good if you can get it but this is the worst managed Popeyes in the area.

Ordered a 2 can dine in the drive through supposed to be 1 breast 2 thighs and 2 legs what I got was 1 breast 1 wing and 2 legs. Didn’t get any biscuits 2 are included. Waited in line for 45 minutes. This is possibly the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been too. It’s a shame because I love Popeyes.

Waited 30 minutes at the speaker because the order taker kept telling me to wait on my order after prompting me to order. Tried to use two coupons, and got told I can only use 1 coupon 1 time. Attempted to place another order for 2nd coupon, and got told it was the only coupon I could use for life. Just drove off and gave my business at full price elsewhere.

The service was decent, and the restaurant looked really nice, but the chicken that I received was old. It looked and tasted old. They just drizzled sauce over it. However, the red beans and rice were ok. I'm very disappointed.

Overall really bad. The biscuit was good and the soda had the right amount of carbonation. Had to drive around th building 3 times before they picked up the drive thru. Everytime a group of 3-4 ppl just standing around.
Should have gone to any other chicken place around here. Would try to get a refund if possible. The coleslaw was soggy and had a ton of dressing, really liquidity. Bland 0/5
Chicken tenders- should have clarified I only wanted three as they assumed I wanted 5. Over priced, very bland, lots of batter not as much chicken. Not overcooked but would not order again.
Wanted to get a dipping sauce, they argued among themselves as to if I could or not, I finally said just ranch or ketchup- and got no sauces at all.
Seems like everyone needs training. Would not go again. Should have gone to chick fil a. Overall just kind of gross.

This was the most unsatisfying dinner that cost 35$. After I was told I was ruining the managers bonus by asking for 1 additional sauce get home to not only old tenders, but they counted breading as 2 tenders and every side was half full literally. That’s where your bonus is, loosing customers cause I sure won’t go back! Then tried calling won’t even go thru. Fix your stores Popeyes!!

I honestly did not have a great experience here but Sasha turned it around for me very quickly at the end. I tried ordering on the app but it wouldn’t allow me to place my order unless I was only using point to pay for the food. I placed a smaller separate order using just my points and headed to the store so I could place my main order there. When I drove up to the speaker I was immediately told I wasn’t allowed to pick up my digital order in the drive thru but on the digital order I selected drive thru as my pick up option but I decided it was just easier to walk inside afterwards to grab it and didn’t say anything. I was then told the family feast bundle I was originally trying to get online wasn’t offered at the drive thru even though it was right there on the menu display by the speaker. I didn’t want any issues so I ordered three separate meals that would be the closest equivalent to what I was trying to order originally. After getting to the window I was told that the order I placed at the speaker wasn’t entered into their system at all and I would have to reorder. When I tried reordering the same three smaller meals I was told that I could get the same thing for cheaper by doing the family bundle. It honestly looked like Sasha came in on her night off to save the day and I could tell she truly cared about the service people were receiving. If she didn’t show up and correct the issues I originally had tonight this would have been a 1 star review with only complaints of the attitude received and lack of customer service. Thank you Sasha!!!

They took over 40 minutes to get us our food while still cooking chicken and serving people on the inside without serving people who where sitting and waiting they where a mess with service and got smart when we went into confront them do not recommend

When i go online to order and put my credit card in it says oops something went wrong, your zip code may not match your address. I want to order ahead so I can pick it up when I get there. but, no I get to the store order and sit it line waiting 30 minutes. Might as well close this location again, I can tell they are losing business, even the manager doesn't know why theweb site won't accept credit card. plus I lose points the manager either doesn't know corporate phone number and I can't even get the stores phone number. good luck I'll travel elsewhere to get your food. what a piss poor operation 😢
