I honestly did not have a great experience here but Sasha turned it around for me very quickly at the end. I tried ordering on the app but it wouldn’t allow me to place my order unless I was only using point to pay for the food. I placed a smaller separate order using just my points and headed to the store so I could place my main order there. I love Popeyes, but man, are they proud of their chicken! $40 for their 12 strip combos and the chicken strips and so small! I would have given 5 stars for service cause everyone was so nice, but both times I ordered, I had to pull over and wait 10 + minutes for my food.
I really like Popeyes but there have been a couple of times my food wasn't good. The was chicken old. Mac and cheese was old, bread was hard and they didn't give me the part of chicken I asked for. (Drive-Thru). If you are paying for your food you should get what you asked for.
