I've been eating at Sonic since the 70s. I've always loved the drive in atmosphere. I love the hotdogs for man years. Now the only thing HOT on the dog is the chili. I've gotten hotdogs that weren't even room temperature. This is ridiculous and stupid and it's been going in for two years. Even if you tell them when ordering that you want them hot. They have the dogs in a roller thing but maybe it's not on or burned out.I just quit going there. If they get a hot hot dog right what else are they screw I ng up.

RUN AWAY!! Save yourself the time and money. They make up their hours and don’t actually stay open until 8pm, half of the time. They will just yell at you “we’re closed!” rudely through the drive thru window at 6:30pm. They charge you for extra things and are never consistent. The lobby is almost always closed. They tell you that items ON THEIR MENU don’t exist, when they clearly do. Overall just a rude and awful experience.
They closed the lobby at 6pm and when I was making a fuss about it manager came and put lobby closed on the door. I am a truck driver and you want me to walk in a busy drive to make an order. That is not good for business and I am very displeased with this location.

My Wife and I have had multiple problems with the woman working the drive through in the mornings about 7:45am during the week. She has a very poor attitude. I wanted to call corporate, but I didn't. There used to be nicer people working there.

Went there ordered food and a drink from their menu. They said didnt carry any of it even tho its on their menu. .said menu items dont have to be carried...this place has had 3 different restaurants in there in 3 years. Id say bad management and they were rude... place needs shutdown

My experience at this restaurant was by far the worst experience I have had in any sonics location. Cook who wasn’t even in uniform who I thought was a customer was making food. I asked for fresh food and the cook got extremely upset and refused to make my food fresh. Asked for my money back and finally someone remade my food fresh however, my sandwich came out raw. They also let me know there is no manager available at the moment which is crazy to me because this staff needs supervision.
