They had 5 employees working. 4 people waiting inside and 2 in line. Took 25 minutes to get our drinks and got 2 out of 4 wrong. No wonder 7 Brew is so busy and starbucks isn't.

Got there before 4:30 and waited in line for the bear cup only to be told there is only two. And the lady bought both. The barista told me they come 6 in a box and that the employees bought what they wanted first then opened the doors and the lady behind me started cursing and yelling. This is ridiculous why make a big deal about the drop then don’t send enough for anyone to buy except the selfish employees.

I placed a mobile order and went inside to pickup. They put an empty cup down with my name but I had to turn it around to see they had written “do not have” on the back. Nobody said anything to me even though I was the only one waiting . I drove out of my way to get coffee and just got an empty cup.

This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever visited. I'm not talking about when it's busy (although it's obviously slow then, too), I'm talking when there is nobody else inside & one person in the drive-thru. It shouldn't take 8 minutes to get a drink that was ordered in the app before arriving. Then, when I do get the drink, it's gross! I go to the store in Irondale constantly. I have drinks doordashed from Birmingham often. They're all consistent. I suppose Moody is consistent, too, but consistently bad. I'll just go to 7 Brew from now when I'm in Moody or have it delivered from Trussville.
I visit Starbucks in Moody AL everyday. The majority of the staff are very friendly although some of them can’t make my drink right. I don’t understand how they don’t know what no foam no room means. If I say something about it they take offense to it. I don’t want to pay for a venti but only get a grande when the foam dissipates. There are only a few that make my drink right. I love Cross and Christian. They’re great kids. They’re sweethearts and always laugh at my sarcasm. They make you feel like you have been friends for years. I’m going to miss Christian’s smile when he goes off to college. The Starbucks he is transferring to will be lucky to have him.

Update Google maps. This isn't where this is. Ordered in the app. Couldn't find it and was running late so never went to actual location. Someone got free stuff today! Edit.... finally decided to give this place another chance because maybe it's not their fault that Google maps through their app is not showing the location but I did find it and I tried and it's amazing! Very fast when I went the couple times I've been this week, friendly staff, very good location! Just don't follow directions in the app to get there and you'll be fine.
