On 5/25/2024 at 11:30 pm the person named Ariel that works behind the counter at this Subway was very rude to me and my family when I was only trying to get her attention. I left without ordering. I thought that her attitude would affect the level of service I would have received when preparing the food. I have stopped here quite a few times on my way home, but I will not return to this Subway.

This location does not honor coupons and the food storage and handling are abysmal. I like to stop at Moody for low gas prices and I'll hit this place up for a sub from time to time. The last two visits were enough for this negative review in which I would not recommend or visit this place again. The last visit I was told that that if I were to use the coupon that it had to be a single meat sandwich. When questioned repeatedly, I was told the management has instructed them to limit the option, this is not right and the coupon was honored at another location later that day. This same coupon was honored the week prior at the same location which makes no sense. The visit prior rose questions about quality control and food handling issues. I was surprised to hear the customer in front of me have to demand something, he didn't seem happy but I didn't know what was happening until I got to the topping part of the order. The ingredients bins were all set too cold or had food in them over night which caused freezer burn on all of the topping options. This didn't phase the employees as they kept picking wilted and freezer burned ingredients to build the sandwich. The lettuce being most susceptible was the worse. When they got to the lettuce, I had to demand lettuce from the new bin on the counter that the previous customer demanded be brought out to build his sandwich. I've included pictures to support my claims. Another thing I noticed during this visit was how terrible their food handling procedures are. While my sandwich was being built, a lady came out to pull the cooking buns, to mist them and return them to the oven. When she pulled the hot tray, she laid it on the counter over the tops of the open food bins. She then commenced to misting the hot buns and the food to either side underneath the hot tray sitting atop the bins before returning it to the oven. This is not safe and creates an environment for cross contamination and unhealthy food handling practices. Simply put, I will not be back and will go out of my way to take my business elsewhere. Customer beware...

I have come here 3 times in 2 weeks t I've come to this Love's Subway and got a signature sub. It's supposed to have double cheese on it every time it only has single cheese. When I tell them they put the right amount. But I think this is the way they are told to do it by management. When you pay 12.49 for a sub you don't want to get ripped off

Though they were in a rush they did not help themselves. Both ladies continusly walked away from the counter, ignored customers, and kept just assuming what people were saying. I asked for mustard and instead got mayonnaise. Gross.

Horrible. The girl with the blue hair whispered and wouldn't speak where I could hear her. Then she charged be 7 dollars for 2 pieces of bacon. the toppings were gross looking and my 12.99 coupons turned out to be 20. The prep area wad not very tidy.
