Went there with my work crew today at lunch. There was only one car in the lot and only one older woman in the store. The grass is grown up, I started thinking maybe is was shut down but went in to see it wasn’t. The card machine didn’t work. There was no food smell at all. The drink machine didn’t work. She couldn’t understand us. We left and went to zaxbys. This place is sketchy and idk why but I feel like it’s a front for something. Would not recommend.

Used to eat here 1-2 times a week. The food was good and service was good also. Past several months the place has drastically gone downhill fast. Ordered a pita plate and she asked the cook if they could do it. It came out with noticeably wilted, old salad that I would have NEVER served to anyone…the next visit the fruit was OLD OLD - looked like it had been frozen then thawed. Today-went to the restroom and it was discusting - toilet black - stuff all over the floor and a BAR OF USED SOAP on the sink to wash your hands. I ordered a gyro this time and it LITERALLY was DRIPPING GREASE out of the bottom. Grease !! :/ I expect this place will be closed within the next 6 months. The person working the front barely speaks English and is not friendly - now - add REALLY gross food. The rating was 83 we saw walking out

I ordered the beef shawarma, and it was undercooked—grilled but not properly cooked like a traditional shawarma. The service was poor. I initially ordered two shawarmas and two Coke Zeros, but they didn’t have Coke Zero and were only serving two drink options from the soda machine. I ended up canceling one shawarma and both drinks. The total should have been 10.10 but got charged $12.09, then I was charged $13 because the cashier didn’t have change. The food was overly salty and didn’t taste like authentic shawarma. Overall, not a place I would recommend. Their health score from March was only 83, which now makes sense. I should also note, as you can see in picture, they had no cash register to track orders and the place looked like a ghost town. If this is a franchise, you would think Purple Onion would have certain standards.

When the older lady would work there by herself my food came out hot perfect and good EVERYTIME. There's a new girl at the window who is rude and my chicken was literally burnt to a crisp...unedible. BURNT. A waste of $15. Might as well drive all the way to another Purple Onion location if you want it bad. Im glad the older lady has help now but they arent doing right.

The old lady working the drive through window can barely speak english and is very rude to the customers. She could not understand we were asking for a simple side of ranch and instead gave us a side of fries with ranch on them even after we told her that is not what we wanted. It is also insanely overpriced for the quality.
